I would rank the flavors almost the same. Hawaiian and Grape are tied for me, but Orange is my favorite. I also noticed that the new tub I have tastes even better than the first one from the pre-sale.

This is a great suggestion for anyone who is possibly sensitive to the Alpha-Y. I am at the point now where I can take 2 scoops of RAW no problem, but for the first few weeks I found the 1-1 mix to be perfect.

1 scoop Hawaiian war & 1 scoop orange raw is on point for me.
 
I like mixing Orange BLOODSHR3D and Peach Mango ENDUR3 :dance:
 
BS Raw update - I still get a very minor cooling sensation in my hands/feet but it's lessening each day. Starting to really notice that I'm sweating quite easily and energy/focus is on point. Really loving this product.

How long can I take it before needing a break? It's awesome for IF - not fighting hunger at all and my energy levels are great

Strangely, I'm having sort of an anti-anxiety effect... maybe it's just in my head but I normally get butterflies before a presentation, but not this week

I'd say cycle off after 8-12 weeks for a month before you can use it agai
 
Quick question on this product, some times after 30' or 45' of taking it I feel cold. Does anyone knows what this could be?

I come from taking a full bottle of Ignit3 woth great results and am trying the Bloodshr3d now so I do not think could be the Y on it anymore.

That is a common effect from alpha-y ...how did you dose Ignit3 and BS.

Ignit3 I would do 3 caps in the am and 2 caps in the pm. Bloodshr3d I am doing 2 scoops in the am and 1 in the pm. Although I must acknowledge I could have done 2.5 scoops this morning ;-)

Could it be that tha amount of Y-Alphay per serving is now higher with Bloodshr3d?

It hasn't been altered. It's a common side effect, but it shouldn't be happening every time unless you're being over stimulated. If its happening too often, try lowering the dose and see if it goes away.
 
Wow!!!!!! I guess I can't handle the Raw! I usually can handle my stims, but this product really messed me up! I tried the War and it was pretty good. I only tried the sample packet (1 scoop) of the Raw this morning and I felt sick AF all day. Cold sweats, nausea and very weak. Glad I was able to sample this first.

That is how it was for me and I decided to try it again. Worked my way up to two scoops and no more issues. I feel the thermal effects are better then war, which I barley felt.

I've got 3 tubs of it coming my way, can't wait to try it, 2 orange and 1 pinapple colada, what are the flavours like?

I get them straight off the OL site for 1 cent. Whenever I order anything from them I order all the samples with it to see how I like things before I buy them. I like how OL lets you do that.

Too bad that they add shipping for every item when ordering international. But took several to try out when ordered with reshipper.

I don't know why I haven't raised the issue before.
Could reps get OL to show more lover for international fans too?
 
What do you mean by shipping for every product? I ordered from them internationally and only paid an overall fee for the shipping.

Customer service is top of the class!

I tried it once and shipping went pretty big if added samples. Maybe it's changed. Will try.

That's my main issue with buying from the us, the shipping is always expensive, I know is probably not you guys' fault but it does add up and sometimes when you go to checkout and calculate the shipping it's not worth it, that's why I only buy when there's good offers going. This week I spent 223 bucks at nutriverse, all Olympus labs bar some melatonin, and all alpha y based gear as it's hard to get in eu now, bloodsh3d raw buy 2 get 1 free, same on ignit3, rauwolscine bogo and 1 arimicare pro, so I've ended up with 10 items, if you divide the cost it's 22 bucks a bottle, now that's value and very much worth it!

I feel your pain as i am an Intl customer as well ... truth is we lose on Intl shipping because the actual charges are ridiculous.

However, next time you order do not add a sample but just add a comment to the order requesting the sample. You can follow-up with an email (just one will suffice lol)

On another note.
Bloodshr3d RAW is da bomb and I did a slightly stupid thing.
Took my PWO that high stim before gym and as I'm reallt caffeine tolerant right now, put half a packet (maybe a bit more, but max 2/3) to my intra bottle. It was slightly too much. Didn't ruin my workout but my eyes were a bit popping out.
Started sweating heavy like usual (gym is a bit warm for me) but when Bloodshr3d started kicking in, I got cold shivers. Was quite nice actually, at least my palms were dry, hard to lift plates when sweat runs down my arms and makes my hands slippery.
And the energy was WOW. As I said slightly too much but awesome. As my back was a bit tender, only did lighter squats and went on to leg press. I was in the gym longer than I planned as I had all that energy. My legs are spent now.
And after gym, the sauna was strange. I was sweating but weren't as hot as usual.
Had a little energy crash after but not full on and it's passed now. But still feel some energy from Bloodshr3d.

Great as long as you're able to trade off by cutting 100 fat calories somewhere else. I just started cutting with BS war and later this week I will add in tr1umph.

Yes us them together & no not too many cals unless you are in an extreme deficit or deep into prep I would use them together. I would also avoid trying to shed those 100 calories elsewhere in your diet unless you plateau. Tr1umph is going to help improve workout performance, enhancing either a bulk or cutting phase.

That's what I figured, the pa wouldn't spike blood sugar enough to negatively effect the y.

Another quick q: what about adding in some CU stim free? Too much? Unnecessary on top of BS and Tr1umph?

Yeah you can add in CU stim free. That'll give a lot of pump-oriented compounds and some extra performance benefits.

Awesomesauce! Psyched to get on the Blooshr3d train (sample packs blew me away) - but hated to think about missing my CU and Tr1umph!
