Week 6 day 1 day 36 overall had a decent workout this morning for some reason my mindset wasn't in it as much as I've been took 1 cap lgd 6pumps of dermacrine 1scoop of limitless 1 cap form xt 1 cap chemical one pwo warmed up and got to it the workout was

total body power
Floor press superset T-bar row
Deadlift superset squat
Military press-barbell shrug
5 rounds amrap 20 seconds rest between sets i added military press and shrugs in i think that was the best part of my workout granted I floor pressed 275 for 5 rounds of 12,10,8,8,5 I just wasn't into it hope tomorrow brings me back to the right mindset until tomorrow God bless u all
 
Week 6 day 2 day 37 overall had a great bounce back session this morning I'm in full recomp mode now!! I'm still lifting heavy hit some good numbers today took cap lgd 6pumps of dermacrine 1scoop of limitless 1 cap form xt 1 cap chemical one pwo warmed up and got rollin the workout was

chest super sets 3 rounds each 20 seconds sprints on max trainer between sets :* incline Smith* press 5 reps - flat bench fly 12reps

Uni lateral Leverage incline press 12reps- cable crossover 15 reps

Flat bench press 8 reps - incline cable fly 20 reps

Abs- 4 rounds 20 reps each cable crunch ab wheel rollout

Had good rest last night and felt strong and focused the numbers I'm speaking of wer working sets of 275 lbs on incline Smith for sets of 5 and 295 on flat bench for sets of 8 lets see how this lean mass /recomp ends up more to come

Sounds good homie.. glad you are back in the groove today!. and if you can keep leaning out gaining muscle and either increasing or maintaining your strength... that would be just amazing!! And it really looks like thats what your are doing! awesome brother.. !

Thank u sir means alot over the past year my strength has disappeared due to my back issues just recently I've been putting up numbers that I use to lift call me crazy but my back has been feeling so much better I believe from heavy dead lifting with the best form I can keep

Pump was excellent as always no joint pain or sides of any kind and libido is still going strong still in love with this cycle nothing bit good things to say more to come

Hammer curl - Zottman curl

Triceps giant sets 3 rounds each 20 seconds rest between sets 5-15 reps cali press- reverse pulldowns
Close grip press - reverse grip press

Abs- 4 rounds 20 reps each cable crunch ab wheel rollout

Felt really good today no joint pain or any other sides to speak of more to come

It's actually down to 283.6 I've been eating like crazy, clean but crazy the most I was at was 289 the end of the 1st 4 weeks now Im in full recomp mode the last few weeks have been crazy with the addition of chemical one im taking in 500-750 extra cals a day but I'm losing weight but I'm also maintaining mass and strength has gone up alot so I guess I can't complain right?

Tomorrow is an off day and I will officially be half way through this cycle I will update my progress with pics of the 1st 6 weeks as well as my thoughts on this cycle so far
 
Week 6 day 7 day 42 overall I am officially at the half way point of this run and it has been a good one loving lgd so far with the addition of chemical one it seems to be working well here is my assessment of this run so far

1.strength /stamina has increased alot and continues to rise no matter how much weight I use it feels light on every lift

2.body composition its been a pleasant surprise to see the recomp effect my body is having this mornings weight was 282.3 the lowest I've been in a while I was planning a lean bulk with this run I am leaning out and staying full just wasn't planning on dropping some lbs in the process but I'm not complaining here is a picture update week 1 to nowInvalid Link Removed

3.libido is still going strong no issue of e.d. Or any problems in that area

4. Side effects still a big fat 0 no joint pain or anything else always a plus

This run is flying by and I am in full recomp mode it's been a fun ride I can't wait to see the end results more to come
