Photoshop Gainz with your host, Bam Bam!

Alright so my 2 week check-in with the coach was this past Tuesday. Weighed in at 223 (9 pounds down from starting weight, WTF) but not looking any smaller, so that's good. Coach decided I needed more carbs so I am now at about 5100 cals per day. 428p/516c/137f, or 34/41/25 in percentages. I'll throw the comparisons up from my phone here in a sec.

A buddy had an extra bottle of dbol he didn't want so he gave it to me and I'm considering using it.
Right now I'm on (per week):
Test blend: 900-1200mg
NPP: 300-400mg
EQ: 300mg

Who's your coach? And why so much dang protein! Holy shat.

Lukas Duncan, and my first guess would be that because he knows I'm gear, and I can utilize more protein than a natural athlete.
But yeah lol I take 4-5 trips to the bathroom a day. I'm eating so much fiber too.

The protein is tough. It's definitely the most filling and most difficult part of my meals to eat. Chili Garlic Cholula and Frank's RedHot have helped a lot!

Guacamaya is solid if you can find it. Used in a small area of Mexico. Hard af to find in states
 
Petes hot sauce is where it's at (similar to Tabasco~ vinegar based)

I'm only 160lb (not on any gas or anything besides Ibutamoren) but eat 120-130g protein and am roughy gaining 0.5lb every twelve days (cho are 220-270 and fats 60-70g) all depends on my training day

Doing damn well! It's not easy even when enhanced haha. 230 has been my sticking point in regards to gaining weight for almost a year now. Trying to switch focuses and not worry as much about the scale while working with Lukas.
 
I imagine not. Still have to put in rigorous training (progressive overload and volume/hypertrophy) and eat a lot ~ clearly look at your macros lolololol being on gas helps, but not like regular ppl think.. you can't just stick yourself and become Mr. Olympia; work has to be done.

So true. I'm not on anything either. But I hate the thinking some people have, that the believe that all it takes is some juice and anyone can get big. So many over look that amount that truly goes into it. And therefore can not appreciate they body of work done.

Just out here doing delts & calves scaring people off with my facial expressions and "Shut the hell up and train." cutoff.
 
Dropping the dbol and saving it for probably my next bulk, which likely won't be for a long time. The nipple pain/sensitivity and puffiness is just really not aesthetically pleasing as I gain mass and lean out simultaneously.
I'm going to be transitioning from NPP and high test to low test, high tren, and higher masteron over the next couple weeks. Considering some winstrol along with it but it's not necessarily essential so I may save that as well. After that, I'll probably either come off for a while or cruise (TRT dose) until I begin prep over the summer.

Thoughts?

Are you getting discharge at the nipple? Progesterone issues for some on NPP, Tren high dose won't help if this is the issue your having could make it worse. Might be a good time for some blood work bud only way to really know whats going on?

None of that. Just puffy and sensitive like I get every time on dbol. I just need to drop it and increase AI slightly and it goes away. The high test right now probably isn't helping.

How long were you taking the dbol and dosage? I'm going to try something new on my next cycle of orals.

Only 2 weeks at 25mg a day pre-workout. Usually mornings on rest days. Lol. I'm super sensitive to the estrogenic effects of dbol. It happens every time. The guy I got it from says he takes it at up to 100mg per day. Everybody reacts differently!
 
Yooo still doing well here.
Got a massage a couple days ago, long overdue. I had knots in literally every muscle group. Chest, shoulders, back, quads, hams, calves, even a few in my biceps triceps and forearms. The therapist said the left side of my back has noticeably more mass than my right so that threw me off a little. Lol. Not sure how to correct that or even how to explain it!

Not sure what I'm weighing, don't really care until my next check in. Looking pretty good and feeling good too. Still on high test and moderate NPP. As soon as I run out of my high test blend, I'm going to drop NPP, add tren, and keep test at a TRT dose. Probably 250 max. I have a test p/tren a/mast p blend (100/200/100 per cc) en route and will begin using that instead of my current supps once it arrives. This will carry me into mid-April. I'm planning on cruising or coming off (that would be a good idea) till the beginning of June and then hopefully beginning show prep. No plans for drugs in that scene yet.

Wanted to update you guys on the results of my 8 week diet. Started at 233 lbs and ended at just about the same, maybe a pound or two lighter. However, significant physique difference.

About to hop on dbol, tren/mast/test and do a little bit of bulking before the summer and contest prep.
Thinking doses:
Weeks 1-4:
Dbol 25mg/d
Tren ace 100mg ED (600/wk)
Mast prop 50mg ED (300/wk)
Test prop 50mg ED (^)

Weeks 4 till whenever I run out:
Tren ace 150mg ED (1,050/wk)
Mast prop 75mg ED (525/wk)
Test prop 75mg ED (^)

Little bit higher doses than the last time I ran these together so we'll see what difference it makes. I have a feeling it will be epic.

Huh? I fuxin love dbol. Then again I rarely see any negative sides from pretty much anything.
Yeah me ether really buddy but i have been around along time and Dbol just gives me fake (water) weight gain and strength that dies the minute I stop using it. There are way better opions out there. And yes my diet and training are always on point! If not I shouldn't be using anything.

Since then I've run some letro and shrank it all back down. Don't worry, you guys would love to oogle my boobies right now.
I'm keeping my dbol dose on the low end (25mg) this time and AI moderate-high since I am sensitive to side effects. I'm also on masteron which has proven great in the past for me for combating estrogen sides.
 
You guys must have also missed this final check-in of the program so I'll post it again. As you can see it had already begun shrinking.

You're good. The nips are a sore subject, and sometimes I mean that literally. Lol. But I promise the situation is now under control.

I have a call set up with a coach from my hometown, gonna talk details about doing a show this year. I know guys that have worked with him that have all looked insane on stage, ranging anywhere from guys in their 20s to their 50s. As long as he's affordable I want to work with him.

That's what I'm talking about buddy I'm 41 I did a few shows in my 20s and 30s didn't really have a coach your making the right move. Any help I can be don't hesitate to ask you can pm me I'll give my info. Go get em brother!!
 
Still alive here, although encountering some issues with my tren/mast/test blend. Apparently this batch was "winterized" with a higher BB content. It's causing each injection, even if it's only 0.25cc, to result in the injected muscle to become swollen, inflamed, tender to the touch, and unable to contract. Brought this issue to the attention of the UGL and they told me to try cutting it with a compound that I know does not cause PIP. So I'm trying to find some extra masteron locally to add in to each pin.
Other than that, things are going well. I took the weekend off of training and went to Nashville with the girlfriend and a group of friends. Excited to get back into it today and see how all the unrestricted calories will benefit my workout.
My meeting with a potential prep coach yesterday fell through so we're trying to schedule a meet tomorrow. I'm hoping it happens! I'm ready to try a competition.
 
So I met with the coach today and got things set in stone. Looking like Oct 7 Continental USAs and Oct 14 Pink Muscle Fest.
We're gonna put some serious size on me first and then begin prep.

Change of plans. Oct 14 Pink Muscle (st Louis) and Oct 28 NPC All Star (Kansas City)
Working on making some gains for now, slowly increasing cals and doing 500mg test, 300mg NPP per week, and 50mg dbol pre workout.
Current body weight: 217. But looking bigger and leaner than I did at 230. So I'm not complaining.
