Just got my ancillaries in today... I was planing on 12.5mg exem eod to start and hope to have it all figured out by week 8, when I introduce NPP. I'll then start pinning it eod and just spread my test shots so I get them twice a week...

The Prami I'll prob just start dosing

Fck man my logic is that I can always stop the NPP and it'll clear quickly if I get sh1t sides... i don't want to run that many cycles in all honesty so wanna make the most outta them

DON'T touch the prami before reading this:
I took 0.125mg at first and felt bad on it. When I thought I could tolerate more, I upped to 0.25mg and felt like dying. Will never-ever touch that sh1t again!
At your BF%, 12.5mg exem EOD sounds good to me. Others would say to drop below 20% before cycle. Go as low as possible.

I also noted that I feel best on a cruise. Will try 150mg/week.
What do you think of Vit B12 injections? Do you use them regularly? MrKleen73

I use B12 (Methylcobalamin) at 0.3 cc per week because I was deficient in both folate and B12. Here is a graph showing my improvement from my bloodwork app called MyBloodTracker:

I don't want to bore you to death -but here what I think so far about AAS:

*No matter what you take, it will NOT give you the desired results -and if it does, the outcome is short lived and probably only cosmetic (water,glycogen).
*It will be difficult to hold on to the perceived gains after the cycle.
*You WILL crave for another cycle, this time a "better one", this goes on infinitum.
*You will, at some point, run into trouble, guaranteed.

My advise:
Curb your expectations. I probably gained the same muscle mass on a DMZ cycle, as I did on 650mg test-e/w
 
mmorso , here how I pin.

I use disposable slin syringes, as bigger needles give me the creeps. Since using NPP almost daily, I started to pin in my quads, as I can't reach my azz comfortably.
Delts are my favorite spot, but you have only 2 shoulders and they will get swollen- and sore if you pin so often.
I load my syringes from behind, taking out the plug and fill them with another big needle-syringe, because it takes up to 10 minutes to aspirate the oily AAS with a slin-needle -and this way the needle tip stays sharp (for not punkturing the rubber seal, if you have bigger vials). When the oil is in the syringe, I put the cap back on and put the syringe in a glass of warm water, partially submerged to thin the oil ( kenpoengineer gave the tip) before injecting. Using slin pins takes time but is mentally more encouraging for me.
I pin Peptides anywhere I want, they are water based and almost painless to use (besides chest, stings a bit).
The bigger syringe I use to fill the smaller ones, is afterwards sterilized with boiling water for re-use. I do that with disposables too -and use them twice -then discard (I'm a cheap bastard, lol)

It's a double edged sword.

You will feel better on it, but here the downsides I can see:
-pinning (risk of infection, uncomfortable, necessity -can't skip)
-more trips to labs to get blood work
-vacations overseas can get messy.(carrying gear and needles, prescriptions, paperwork to authorize)
-at old age, who will pin you when your hands tremble?

See this is my plan boys: use drugs to get to my genetic potential faster.. hopefully that way I can keep my gains. I'm gonna do a couple cycles to achieve that and am looking only for fairly modest gains.

There is also a recreational aspect to taking gear that I enjoy.

Then I'm going all natty... back to phosphatic acid and creatine

Now I'm "always-on" switching compounds around and do half-azzed (way to short) "TRT-cruises".
Read it in another forum: "You will get hooked, it takes A LOT of discipline to go off for a couple of month after cycle".
Knowing myself and how I deal with addictions, NO PROBLEMO! I was "addicted" to....put anything here, it probably applies...to a lot of things in the past, nothing really held me in it's grasps, even though all my friends thought it would.
I also doubt that AAS will, actually -but it is as equally addictive as all the other stuff I did -or took in the past.

I don't say you will be hooked, be aware that most of the people can't get off of their addictions.

But I'm the type of weird fugger that doesn't regret anything ...wait....besides missing the opportunity to have boned some girls when I had the chance -but was to high -or drunk.
Believe me I'm already looking forward to take it a notch farther -but first I have to finish this cycle without dying because of my high RBC, LOL.

-suffering of the ones I love, including animals
-not be able to pull the trigger on me, when time comes, due to illness like dementia -or paralysis

I'm totally with you, everything behind me was a learning experience and just that and yea death is eventually going to happen, just love life till then. Also yea those are pretty much my same fears lol I tell everyone if I go into a coma to just pull the plug and for someone to kill me if I become a vegetable. Dementia I'd rather solve myself, there are plenty of way to help it not come about or at least not as quickly.
 
Update on cycle:

Here my conclusions on some peptides:
Peptides:
For the last few weeks I studied some available peptides in detail and got to the conclusion that:
-IGF-Lr3 is not recommended (molecules too big for receptors, only acts as an expensive insulin substitute)
-IGF-DES is better for a cruise -or PCT, when natural IGF levels drop/ almost worthless in a blast, because IGF already sufficiently present
-PEG-MGF/MGF apparently the only peptide with benefits in a cruise -or blast for accelerated recovery

After my last blood donation -and noting my high RBC, I decided to cut down on dosage:
-about 225mg test-e/week (125mg e4d ;down from 300mg/week)
-NPP 4x 100mg/week total: 400mg (instead of 600mg)
-PEG-MGF bilateral on off days
-CJC/dac 1mg x week
-CJC/ no dac 150mcg each night

One week in, I notice some joint relieve. BW is going up (2.5lbs). No better recovery perceived, no strength gain as of yet.
Libido down, despite caber at 0.25mg e3d.

Mayor sh1t was hitting the fan at my farm, when the well pump -and the auxiliary pump failed -after a so called engineer burnt it to crisp, because of putting the wrong cables together. Bought a third pump (for ONE well!) to save the situation. Right when it got installed, the re-circulation (oxygen) pump of the fish pond died, because my employee did not put a filter on the suction tube (as I told him) and a fish went straight into the pump, fugging it up.
Had to endure hell while trying to save the animals and fish from dying. Without going into too much detail:

Bananaland's inbred inhabitants suck azz, I wish Adolf Hitler would revive and gas the whole population here. I mean it. EVERYONE!!!

All that stress-cortisol can't be good for my muscles.
