Clomid pm and nolva am

Doesn't matter. Half lives are about 24 hours.
 
Thanks for the info! I am running them both and read that clomid at night was better to reduce the sides if any.

Very true. Since OP wants to avoid sides that usually occur when drug peaks in serum, peak time are about 5(Nolva) and 6(Clomid) hours, so if he gets temporary sides, a late evening dose is ideal IMO.

The relevant compound (enclomiphene) has an elimination half life of roughly 10 hours, so in a perfect world, twice a day dosing is ideal, but probably wont have any meaningful negative impact if done once a day.

Split dosing probably won't do much for estro related sides cause the cis isomer has a much much longer half life.

have you ever seen any data where they dosed clomid more than once a day?

all I have seen is ED or EOD dosing.
