Low Calorie it for a day and shave stomach and chest....Lose a couple %'s of body fat. Maybe add a tan and lose another.

Todays leg day was quick but effective. Ive decided to try my squats like I did with my bench press. 225 for even number step downs starting with 10. It built my bench up quick and hoping it does the same with my legs.

SQUATS
135x10x2
175x10
225x10
315x6

CALF RAISES
500x20x3
500x20x3 toes pointed inward

3 SETS OF LEG EXTENSIONS
3 SETS OF HAMSTRING CURLS

Hope nobody minds - just gonna throw this out there:
Anyone have any experience with a dermatr3st/lgd stack? I'm thinking preload lgd 10mg for 4 weeks, then add dermatr3st in for another 8 weeks.
Any ideas about additions from the andros or .. ??? Any general opinions, info, etc?
I know I'm still in pct from my last cycle but I like to plan ahead in case I need to pick something up...

Yah, You have hit that point where you have made such great improvement there is not a lot left and it takes a hell of alot longer and more fine tuning of the diet. This is why I will probably always be fat. I have a problem with the fine tuning of the diet. plus I'm too old to be a underwear model. lol

That is like when I was coaching my boy in football and baseball at the Gold / Major level for 7 years, very time consuming and I hardly had any time for myself.
The Good thing is it is twice as fast to get back when you have already been there.

OK guys I got a question. old power lifter (these days were done 10 years ago) now just bodybuilding.
I'm looking at losing some fat on my lower stomach, lower back and my milk titties. (I'm a puss dont like to cut, I have always lost too much muscle in the past)
Been on a 2850 calorie (Maintenance) diet with around 210 -220g protein. lost 7lb in 3 months and gained muscle. (I'm too old to be counting every F'in macro.) still got too much fat on my lower abs, lower back, and old man milk titties.

What do you think of adding:
Invictus and putting Supernova on my fat stomach and lower back. Would this help? or i'm I dreaming?
Note: used Invictus before and it did help drop some fat. (just not that much on my ab's)

I bet you could take a bath in pure Invictus lotion and it will slim you down- but you have to swim a lot in your tub.

LMAO! don't know if i could afford that. I guess I could fill up a trough and just sit in it every night after my workout until it's all gone.
 
Still see some good work in here guys!! Im still not taking a nude for a couple more weeks, but hoping when I do my work will be ridiculously evident. I do want to let you know I hit a PR today and got 335x1 on bench press today and Im stupid stoked about it!!!
