Sfreed's gettin' strong on OL Andro and stuff unsponsored log

You're TDEE is 2,800 and you're consuming less than 2,000 kcals a day while running an andros cycle... you're really selling yourself short IMO. Take advantage of the anabolics and put a little size on... eat at recomp kcals at least.

You'll have to gradually bump kcals up to 2,800 if you do decide to go back up to recomp kcals.

Also HIT4ME is dead ass right about measuring your waist. That and the mirror are the 2 biggest indicators of what is going on with your body composition while you are in cycle. There are so many factors like water and glycogen retention that maybe clouding the picture on what is going on.

What may happen is you go through PCT and lose everything and realize you've only gained a few pounds of LBM, which will really be disappointing... why fck with your HPTA and take such a risk with even the mild sides that can occur with running andros if there isn't a substantial payoff? Your running an 8 week cycle. Put on some weight and any/all fat you gain will come off afterwards. Trust me bro

I was thinking the same thing. you should look at Maintenance cals and a little higher protein than 200g if you can get it in.

SFreed - I am sorry to hear you haven't had any increase in aggression. I love it when you hit back :)

As far as the weight gain, what you are experiencing reminds me a lot of what happens when dieting down - you do EVERYTHING right and no weight comes off, or you gain a little and it makes no sense and you can't explain it. You have to have faith in your plan and keep sticking to it and then suddenly you get the result you were looking for.

Are you measuring your waist? That is probably the easiest indicator of fat increases.

Also, double your efforts on measuring your foods...If you are at <2000 calories and gaining, you are may not be measuring correctly or not counting something you think is small and is bigger than you realize. We ALL do this. Once you have double and triple checked your measurements vs. your plan, the only thing left is water/glycogen weight.

Are you impressed with your strength games? My feeling is, that is the best indicator of muscle gain.

No to measuring my waist. The only thing I'm eating that needs weighing is the hamburger, eggs are what they are, so I'm confident in my food intake. Strength gains are going up, so I know that things are headed the right way.

100% correct on all these points. But I'm not gonna lie, I haven't weighed 200 pounds for a very long time and seeing that number kinda freaked me out. If I was 12 pounds after 8 weeks I probably wouldn't be quite as concerned. But at the rate I'm gaining weight, I'll be at 220 by the end of this, which really freaks me out.

And the thing that keeps gnawing at me isn't losing the gains, but what if at the end of pct I can't lose the weight?

Seriously I know where you are coming from, the scale can be evil.. !!!!... but you are running a few things and you've said you know what you are eating so i wouldn't sweat it to much , unless all of sudden you cant button your pants, then theres a problem.. lol.. but when you are done with your cycle and you want to loose a little its no biggie you've done it before .. you got this!

Don't act like you don't want a video of SFreed twerking, especially with as many noodz as you ask him for.

Dam it guys! I'm trying to change my ways.
OK one of SFreed twerking in the nood would last me for like 2 days at least. Wish they had a 12 step program for obsessive Noodz requesting.:rippedhand:

Alright guys, sorry I've been neglecting you, but after working 65 - 70 hours a week for the past 10 weeks I just got buried.

Yesterday was my 100% 10 rep max workout and I'm happy to report that 90% of my exercises had weight and rep increases. I've never been very vascular, but I'm starting to see more and more veins popping up. Weight actually took a dip yesterday, down to 202. Also had an issue with my shoulder while doing seated presses on the Smith machine (no spotter, and I dislike most people). Was warming up and everything felt fine, did a few lighter weights, got up to 140 on the bar and felt a burning sensation, like where my delt connects to my upper arm. Dropped down to 90 lbs on the bar and everything was fine. 110 lbs was fine, tried 140 and same thing. Kinda weird, since I've done 140 before without any issues.

Ordered some Achilles by Anateus Labs (sp?) and Joint XT, we'll see how it goes.

And this sounds kinda strange, but with my Daughter getting out of the Marines, my hectic schedule and my Son working like a dog, we are celebrating Christmas at the SFreed household tonight and tomorrow. Second time in 8 years our whole family has been together!

Keep the weight down and try to increase the reps every workout. What I'm trying to say is If it doesn't feel right keep the weight the same and increase a rep each lift. After a while try to increase the weight and see how it feels. Don't force the HST weight changes and rep changes if it doesn't feel right. You will still make improvements just not as fast.
Don't be a dumb ass like me and push through the pain tell it turns into an injury. I'm 10 months into mine and I'm tired of the limitations, like trying to put a coat on without pain.

That is really cool!

Merry Christmas!

As far as the shoulder. Lighten the weight just a bit and just work it for a couple weeks. Sometimes you just have a bad day. Or injuries just pop up and working with lighter weight will help it clear

Yah that.

Son and Daughter in Law left this morning, so I headed to the gym for a much needed workout. Since it was technically Christmas for us, diet was out the window. We had a marathon dominos session(like we did before all the grandkids came about) after the babies went to bed complete with a few adult beverages. We also discussed our upcoming Florida vacation in June, and my wife and I decided to take the whole family down. Probably the last time we'll get the chance for it. Bought the plane tickets this morning, before anybody could change their mind!

Tomorrow marks day 30, the halfway point. Hard to believe I've been on this for 4 weeks already! I've been thinking about the cut I was planning after pct. I want to make sure I get rid of whatever fat I've gained during this before I hit the beach in June, and have been thing about adding an Evomuse product in with the Sup3r 7 I bought (if it ever ships, that is). Maybe Abliderate or Supernova? Anybody have any experience with either of those?

The Beast dude raves constantly about abliderate - says it does wonders for him BEAST73

Hey man, just wanted to pop in to make you feel better. I blew up 10# in 6 weeks of TRT. Same deal, diet is good, muscles bigger, but just keep gaining. Sometimes 2-3# a week! Just finished week 7 and finally stayed even this week. I've been feeling like you. The fat kid in me is like dude you were almost to 200#, then vacation and TRT and you're back to 222. You're never getting back down to 200!

I forgot to mention, I'll be upping the Sup3r Epi to 1,000 mg daily starting today.

SFreed how's the 1000mg of epi going? Notice any increase in sides?

Only negative thing I have noticed so far is a slightly lower libido. Only been on 1000mg for a couple days, so we'll see how it's going after a week or two.

Strength is way up! I'm not at Tank999 levels or anything, but pretty good for me. Had to change up my HST schedule though, when I realized that what used to be my 5 rep max wasn't gonna cut it. Just a few examples, DB Incline bench was 70's, today I did 6 reps of 85's with no spotter. Single DB row was 85, today I did 6 reps at 100. Every lift went up by the same percentage, except seated shoulder press, which I'm still taking it easy for another week, probably. I also did some squats today, with plates under my heels to shorten up the stretch on my Achilles tendon. When I get out of bed in the morning I'll find out if it was a good idea or not.
Weight finally seems to have stabilized. Been at 204 for the last few days, which is surprising considering that over the weekend with our celebration I was not following any kind of diet. Totally happy with the strength gains so far, and am hoping that trend continues. Definitely not happy with the weight gain though. Most days I walk around feeling more like this.......

I know it's not that bad. But it is kinda in the back of my mind.

I forgot to mention one thing about your weight - you are bulking!! You're trying to gain weight! It's the goal!! Stop bitching about it! You're increasing strength, let's do this!

Bro mine went to zero then to 110% now back to like 70 ish

Yep, I'd say I'm probably in that same 60 - 70% ball park. To be honest though, at 53, and working 65 - 70 hours a week plus hitting the gym, I'm ok with that

I got urinary urgency... also feeling like I didn't completely drain my bladder

No that isn't any of your business

I just feel bad for those hamsters.

Lol am I the only one that gets prostate issues from epiandro?

Serious question, have you had a colonoscopy? Prostate issues aren't anything to dick around with. Can be taken care of it they're caught quick enough
