Another pretty good HST workout this afternoon. And my head cold / congestion thing might actually be almost over. Will be nice to get back to my gimpy version of cardio, maybe I can stop putting on weight. Speaking of which, stepped on the scale at the gym and I'm at 204. Seriously at a loss as to why this keeps going up so regularly. Diet has been on 100% on point since making the change last week. I keep telling myself to not even get on the scale, then end up checking it every time.
All doses are still the same, but might up the Epi to 1,000 after this week, just to see what the feels are. Workouts have been fueled by MaxReps only, no stimmed pre's yet. Although BP has been steady as a rock so far, so might throw one in at some point. On the other hand, I really needed to take a stim break anyway, so there's that.
And in other news, now that my Daughter is here I get to take my Granddaughter to swimming lessons whenever the schedule works out. So after the gym, it was swimming with this goofball...
