That is funny. I had a meeting today with a customer, told him he was serving it up dry. Customer started laughing and everyone else just had the deer in the headlights look. Told him I would agree to the price if I got atleast a curtious reach around. The customer and me were cracking up. Don't think anyone else thought it was funny. After we were done I had to tell everyone that you have to listen to the customer and adapt to there personality. And that is how you close a 1/2 million $ deal bitc h's!!

I know. I know Ive said it, but my 15 year old Sophomore son is dating a 17 year old senior, and theyre just ate up with each other...and shes fricken smokin. Stays at my house all d@mn day and I have to keep my eyes on them. But Ill take THAT over a 5 year old any day!!

Halfway through my 10 rep max phase now. Had a pretty good workout this morning with rep increases on all 2nd sets, and some with weight increases also.

Work is going to be pretty hectic for the next 10 days, as one of the deadlines that we have to hit is coming up. One of the three crews is a week behind, which puts everybody behind, so stress level will be about as high as it gets. Probably won't see much out of me until February, when life gets back to somewhat normal.

Good to hear on the progress. sounds like you are rolling right through it as it is meant to be.

Also changed up my food today. Went with the meat and eggs, but throwing in some brown rice for carbs and will probably add something else to it as well. Two meals as is (with raw broccoli and humus) is 104 grams fat, 174 grams protein and 48 grams carbs. I'll probably throw in a shake to bump me up to 200 grams protein. Would end up at about 2,000 kcal daily

Got another 14 hour day at work tomorrow with corporate people busting my a$$, so left a little early today and went to the gym. 90% of my 10 rep max day, which worked for the first set of 10, but second set was probably 15% over my 10 rep max weight and increased reps on all. I'm 21 days in and so far haven't really felt any aggression above my normal old man irritation on any given day. Strength is up, stamina seems to be increasing, in fact the only problem is the weight that I continue to put on. Even with the change in diet, and absolutely zero cheating since changing it, I gained two more pounds since Friday morning. Pants still fit, so at least there's that. I try to not let it bother me, but I remember what it took to get below 200 and now I'm back there. A little demotivating for sure. If I continue at this rate I'll be bumping 210 by the time I'm done with this cycle, and that is definitely no bueno.

If you ask me, the answer is yes. Wife doesn't think so, and pants are still fitting, so I'm thinking your explanation from before is probably accurate. Only thin fitting different are shirts are getting tighter in the chest and shoulders, which obviously is good. Seeing my weight climb, when everything I know tells me it shouldn't be, is concerning.

Indeed. I understand coming from your prior life experiences. Try not to let it stress you. You won't enjoy the cycle for what it is. I think you'll see the biggest change during PCT when you start to lose some of that glycogen storage. You can always try to train in a way that depletes your glycogen stores.
 
Thanks ryane87.....Part of me knows that I just need to run the cycle, continue the work, hang onto the gains through PCT and then cut whatever fat I can before vacation (5 weeks after pct ends). But you're right....the fat kid inside me keeps yakin away about being fat again
 
Any sides from the Andro's, like: lethargy, low libido, explosive diarrhea?

Looks to me like you are adding a good amount of Muscle. HST is designed for this. dont fret over it brother. just stay on course!
With me some of my lifts I hit more on the 2nd set than the first. mainly when I'm hitting an injured or old injury muscle group. IE: shoulders and chest every time. and I usually do 3 warm ups sets min. for these muscle groups.

I did a 1andro td, and epi td, cycle last year. Really wish I would have bumped my epi to 800mg and 1andro to 500mg. They aren't really that bad for the liver, but my joints were probably the worst part and it wasn't that bad. If I run another Andro cycle I'm definitely stacking 4andro in there also.

Another pretty good HST workout this afternoon. And my head cold / congestion thing might actually be almost over. Will be nice to get back to my gimpy version of cardio, maybe I can stop putting on weight. Speaking of which, stepped on the scale at the gym and I'm at 204. Seriously at a loss as to why this keeps going up so regularly. Diet has been on 100% on point since making the change last week. I keep telling myself to not even get on the scale, then end up checking it every time.
All doses are still the same, but might up the Epi to 1,000 after this week, just to see what the feels are. Workouts have been fueled by MaxReps only, no stimmed pre's yet. Although BP has been steady as a rock so far, so might throw one in at some point. On the other hand, I really needed to take a stim break anyway, so there's that.

And in other news, now that my Daughter is here I get to take my Granddaughter to swimming lessons whenever the schedule works out. So after the gym, it was swimming with this goofball...

I totally read "trekking" as twerking!!

I changed my diet up last Friday to 1996 calories daily, 200 gr Protein, 104 gr fat and 48 gr carbs. I've worked every day since then which makes the diet easy. That has been my exact diet every day since.

SFreed - I am sorry to hear you haven't had any increase in aggression. I love it when you hit back :)

As far as the weight gain, what you are experiencing reminds me a lot of what happens when dieting down - you do EVERYTHING right and no weight comes off, or you gain a little and it makes no sense and you can't explain it. You have to have faith in your plan and keep sticking to it and then suddenly you get the result you were looking for.

Are you measuring your waist? That is probably the easiest indicator of fat increases.

Also, double your efforts on measuring your foods...If you are at <2000 calories and gaining, you are may not be measuring correctly or not counting something you think is small and is bigger than you realize. We ALL do this. Once you have double and triple checked your measurements vs. your plan, the only thing left is water/glycogen weight.

Are you impressed with your strength games? My feeling is, that is the best indicator of muscle gain.
 
You're TDEE is 2,800 and you're consuming less than 2,000 kcals a day while running an andros cycle... you're really selling yourself short IMO. Take advantage of the anabolics and put a little size on... eat at recomp kcals at least.

You'll have to gradually bump kcals up to 2,800 if you do decide to go back up to recomp kcals.

Also HIT4ME is dead ass right about measuring your waist. That and the mirror are the 2 biggest indicators of what is going on with your body composition while you are in cycle. There are so many factors like water and glycogen retention that maybe clouding the picture on what is going on.

What may happen is you go through PCT and lose everything and realize you've only gained a few pounds of LBM, which will really be disappointing... why fck with your HPTA and take such a risk with even the mild sides that can occur with running andros if there isn't a substantial payoff? Your running an 8 week cycle. Put on some weight and any/all fat you gain will come off afterwards. Trust me bro

The nice thing about Planet Fitness is that it's Judgement Free Zone.
There aren't any good gyms where I'm at. I sadly have to use anytime fitness. Really it's a decent gym. There just isn't enough equipment. Which doesn't really matter to me due to the free weights?
