As I said before, the first one is short (under 13 minutes), but its to get it into the podcast store, etc. The other ones will be longer and more detailed. I'm going to do a podcast exclusively on libido in between podcast 1 and 2 since people were interested in that as well (it doesn't really fit the themes of the other podcasts). My next few podcasts will be on natural supplements, keto and other diets, training programs, nootropics, and a collection of questions people may have. I think what I'll do is a Q&A after each podcast based on forum questions
