My fitness goals are usually to gain lean mass/ clean bulk but for the last 6 weeks my wife and I have been working out together. She has a higher bf% than me and more problem areas (god I hope she doesn't see this! Kidding not kidding) so my training routine has changed pretty drastically to accommodate her wants and needs. We plan to kick 2017's a$$ and continue with our work hard together attitude and training. My wife's specific goals are to shed some fat but not lose much muscle in the process. She likes being strong and muscle toned more so than she would just being skinny. My specific goals for this year and every one after is to focus more on my macros. Since my training has changed, so should my food intake and macros. I definitely don't want to lose any muscle!! So for these reasons my wife and I wanna be OFF THE CHAIN!! Yea baby!!

1 AD was the first PH I have ever tried. Even at a low dose I felt much stronger than I use too. Would love to try more of your products!!Invalid Link Removed

Got my OFF THE CHAIN today! Man I'm impressed! That was super fast shipping especially for a contest winning free product. Got here in only like 2-3 days after I specified what flavor I wanted! Came UPS straight to my door. I'm trying to upload pics but im on my phone so idk if it will work. One thing thats pretty cool is the look of the powder. Without a doubt it's high-bar squat. I get such a rush from heavy singles and getting a PR. The tension and set up get the adrenaline going.
Plus I don't know if there is anything better for overall strength, besides Deads. Those neck veins poppin when you come out of the hole, Nomsayin!?

Why?; Because I feel like its the best all around lift and you can build so much power with your legs slightly bent, chest out and wide grip,
I like to do a deadlift variation 1 DL with different combos of reps like 1 deadlift 2 bent over rows nonstop to 10x20. I love them because I feel like I get a full body pump from them...
