You mix it all up? Never tried the ground beef with eggs/egg whites. Sounds great though! You can't beat jalapeños and fresh cilantro...

Yes sir!! Mix it all up. Ive been using the southwest style egg beaters, but they didnt have any, so thats why the jalapeños and cilantro. LOTS of protein and not bad tasting with a little extra fats included.
 
Nice, nice work man. Way to not let the distractions keep you from making progress. That is a battle by itself. Great job!

Oh yeah, I'm also massively jealous of those 32s. At my lowest I was 33s. Stuck on 34s now and not a loose 34. I think on TRT, while overall is helping my body comp, I do seem to be retaining more water so far. Ain't helping the pants get looser!
 
I am back to repeat what I've already said. There is nothing to say about your progress except, in the words of Vader, "Impressive".

I want to point out that you have made all this progress in what, 3 months? 5 months? It is insane man. You are motivating so many people in here. NO ONE on this board has changed as quickly as you. Just amazing.

You guys are my drive brother, Im not making ANYone look bad. But I thank you. And yes, I believe I joined in May of 16, but got serious somewhere around August. I still have a ways to go... so keep kicking me

Well - I don't think we even started the 6 week challenge until the end of August or Beginning of September - so we aren't at even 5 months yet - and I know you may have been ramping up a little, but you seemed to get your act together a couple weeks into that challenge and then you just took off. I bet it's around 4 months for most of the changes you see. Amazing.
 
I did not get my bis and tris done yesterday as planned because the Captain didnt get up, but I did knock down 30 minutes on the elliptical. Got off from EMS this morning and went straight to the gym to kill the arms, and They are so tight right now it hurts. But per Studhorse's request, heres a few post lift pictures...barely flexing because I just didnt have it in me

Yea dude. You're not just changing. You're frickin transforming. I tried to find a pic of you from last year and I couldn't find a good one to compare to now. But the changes you've made are ridiculous.
 
Awesome work my man...the dedication continues to show. Just curious, how do you normally run your arm routine? Short, all out blitz or structured more like a workout for another body part that takes more time to train?

Thank you Gentlemen!!! I greatly appreciate it. Woke up this morning and still have a bit of stomach distention, but its finally starting to get better...and I was 214.8lbs this morning upon waking. Just that much closer!! Have a busy training day, but hopefully will get to the gym and get some leg work
