Ok guys, got my rest but have a bit of a stomach bug. Nonetheless.. I took my dose at 0530 this morning. On shift at the fire department, and we have some training planned, so although I did get to lift, we had to cut it short. I did attempt some deadlifts for the first time in probably close to a month and it wasnt to bad. So far, still really liking the feelz on the Ultra!
