Guys... sorry but Im taking the day off from the gym. Weight was at 218 when I got home this morning but Im just to d@mn tired. Ran my @ss off last night ending in back to back bad calls... including a woman that was high and ended up with a serious head bleed and projectile vomited all over the inside of my ambulance. Just aint feeling it today. Back at it tomorrow

Ok guys, got my rest but have a bit of a stomach bug. Nonetheless.. I took my dose at 0530 this morning. On shift at the fire department, and we have some training planned, so although I did get to lift, we had to cut it short. I did attempt some deadlifts for the first time in probably close to a month and it wasnt to bad. So far, still really liking the feelz on the Ultra!

After a month off from doing them deads, you did good. Hopefully you get over that stomach bug. I wonder if you didn't get that from Brandon when he spewed in your ambulance? I'd go spew all over in his car if I was you. Lol!

Running night shift on Ultra again...out fricken standing!! I did get a 30 minute cardio session in about 4:30 this afternoon, 1/2 an hour after dosing, and it was great!!!! Updates coming
 
Good work brother...sorry it's been a minute since I was in here last. Been incredibly busy with work. Pulled a 15 hour shift Saturday. Got my training and eating all kinds of f*#%ed up.

Probably the first of 2 updates for the day. Was out with the family all day yesterday on my 1 day off. Woke up this morning and dropped my dose of Ultra. My appetite is still very suppressed from what I can tell, however what I thought was a stomach bug ended up being a mediocre case of food poisoning. Still have it a bit. This morning the scale was reading 217....but between the Ultra, my workouts, lack of appetite and the food poisoning...who knows. I look like shyt though, my gut is swollen as I was about 3 months pregnant. I do however have so e good news... bought me some new jeans yesterday because I got tired of pulling mine up and ended up with a VERY comfortable 32!!!! Super stoked about that. Ill post a picture of that tomorrow. See yall later

Ok guys...workout update. I dosed my Ultra early this morning so when we went to the gym I dropped a couple scoops of PWO. No noodz of the gut area yet, mainly due to whatever Ive got going on..virus or food poisoning, it has caused some major stomach distention, and dont want to show that off. Lol but heres how the workout today went, with a quick video of my Landmines.
