Q & A for OLYMPUS LABS BLOODSHR3D - RAW EDITION

I've been in denial of not tolerating Yohimbe well over the past couple years and I've yet to try it alone until today with the RAW version compared to WAR..

I start out feeling great but then get shaky, light headed, cold, and weak. Sad day ��

Did you take the whole packet at once?
 
Yep, theres your issue. Guarantee you would really enjoy it at 1.25-1.5 scoops vs 2. I get similar symptoms at full two scoops.

I didn't realize it was a two scoop serving, not that it would be hard to take half a scoop. But, good to know. I'll need to give it a try again.
 
Tried the Hawaiian colada today, while I don't like it as much as the orange its definitely a solid flavoring. Not too strong and definitely pleasant! I'll be ordering up some grape next time I can swing it. I'm nearly through my first jar of this stuff, and I agree with whoever said it was a great replacement for old school Alphamine, I would even say it's a step up!
 
I won't be able to buy the Orange flavor.. that's what my samples were and it tastes too much like when I used to mix too much vodka in orange juice. Lol
 
Got my tub asap and must say it's an awesome fat burner....1.5 scoops is also my sweet spot and seems to really increase thermo-genesis for me! Only issue I have is I've got back from the EU after a month or so and it's now summer in Australia....found my bloodshred has hardened to the point of no return! I blended it and added another moisture absorber but checked it again a few hours later and it was solid again. Has anyone else in a humid place experienced this?

are there any risk if i taking 2 scoops before every workout without increasing the dosage long term ?

Inevitably you will build a tolerance to it over time keeping all variables consistent (dosage etc). This is why I recommend cycling on and off various stimulants and/or periods of lower caffeine intake to re-sensitize.
 
Pretty close I do 3 first thing then another one about an hour later depending how I feel. I also throw in some extra Yohimbine. Starting to think I should stack this with something that might provide additional thermogenic effects.
Or take a month off stims haha

I'm to vote for the month off stims options instead. That is a ton of stims!
 
I like the sound of that!! Workout days I do stay around a serving and half, my PWO has about 350 mg of caffeine, so I don't want to go to cray on everything. Stims do not effect me much, I can't remember last time I was not taking fat burners in the morning. It does sound like everyone is saying 3 or 4 scoops is a lot.. maybe after my cut, I will take some time off.

Thought it was a coincidence yesterday but it's happening again right now. I like it lol but I am curious if anyone else has experienced this and what may cause the systemic cooling sensation.

I def experience that cold feeling. My extremities specifically get cold and my friends that take it, also get the same feelings. Sucks with this Jersey cold weather!

The energy is unreal! I call this product the " get **** done supplements"... Honestly the main reason why i take it is for the energy. i'll be nodding off, take two scoops and be wide awake and ready to go in 30 min. I work at a restaurant as a server and i give it to the cooks in the back. They are now always asking me if I have their "turbo" for them . If mexicans call bloodshred turbo then you know its some strong stuff haha! ( im latino so its okay for me to make the mexican comment =) )
 
I have now tried all 3 flavours, Orange is easily the best followed by the Hawaiian colada, then grape.

who else feels is is best of 3.

energy from it was also great when used at a dose of 4 grams pre workout fasted.
 
2 scoops makes it hard for me to do cardio. Hard races to much. 1-1.5 is good. Would have loved this without caffeine.
 
I'm definitely getting it for my leg days lol but not at 2 scoops. My 2 scoop experience was extraordinary but not again
 
I think i will change dosing around with next run to 1 scoop am and 2 scoops pre workout.

I find 2 a good dose even after a month or two off all stims.

only downside is sick feeling after hard workout in fasted state.
 
Yeah I get the cold chills when I took the two scoops.

It's definitely from being over stimulated and sick from the Yohomimbine for me.
 
Do you guys have an idea of the half-life of the alpha-y being used? When I goggle it the numbers are all over the place.
