Sparta Nutrition/ Be Wary

If it shipped Monday had 1 day shipping even with a day delay.. should of been here today. If it's not here tomorrow or this week then idk.... i have nothing left to lose for this company regardless at this point. Like I said, after I finish my product I'm taking my business else where 100%. Even if it's good stuff, I've had comparable product.
 
Just got this email (I assume most of you did or will as well):

SPARTANS...

First and foremost, I would like to deeply apologize for the massive inconvenience and delay that you may be facing, or have faced resultant to pre-ordering any of the hormone's.

When I last sent an update, I was promised that I would have all hormone units in-house by the first week of January. As many have you have reached out, it is now past that time frame.

I know that this is frustrating and has led the overwhelming majority of our customer base to feel discontented. This is something that went out of our control.

As the CEO, I wanted to update all of our loyal customers that we will irrevocably have all products in stock and shipped out by next week, as I visited the manufacturing facility to oversee and guarantee this promise.

With the customs and manufacturing delay, this unprecedented delay went over our expectations. If you would like to cancel your order or are dissatisfied, our team will aid in processing a refund/cancellation.

We are in the home stretch.

Wow! Just WOW! And we thought everything shipped. I was going to cancel my order, checked nutriverse and the 20% sale was gone. It was there earlier today. If it was still going on, then I would be cancelling and ordering olympus uk and never ever looking back!

I don't even get emails lol!! But he said it 100 million %. There's no excuse for this at all; as he stated he has nothing else to say and it's a complete disaster. This is the real world, sometimes you **** up. That's a wrap, this might be one of those times that you don't get a second chance. Actually the company had 100 chances and blew em. All I can say is, Boone did one hell of a job of keeping us updated and tried his best as a rep for the company. I commend him for keeping up with us as he was the only one on this forum that represents spartan who gave a sh1t for the customers. Other than that, these are my final words about it: other than small comments. Thank you all, for participating in my posts and leaving feedback... power to the people!
 
They had all of us checking every place a package was ever left at our homes for something that never shipped. This just infuriates me that they could tell us it shipped when they didn't even have the freaking product yet.
 
"No offense" but they can ship to Canada but can't get product to Wisconsin considering it's on the way? those mother ****as

They said it shipped 10+ times and promised 10+ times didn't they? then CEO said they would ship out and that promise was broken. I'm expecting my V2 to be sawdust and flour pills and my kraken to be crack with some vitamin B12 and inositol.

The disaster comment was mine ha. Not in the email. I edited above to clarify :(

Appreciate the forgiveness on my part and the understanding. I don't blame you guys at all for any frustration as I feel it too.
 
I didn't order any PH's though so that could probably be one reason.

These emails were only in reference to the v2 ph's (lean/hard/mass/Cerberus/etc). The non hormonal stuff and kraken didn't have the same issues (tho kraken had one of its own due to a mandatory reformulation last minute)

Kraken has been out and available for awhile. Actually getting great feedback (I just got one myself Monday but haven't tried yet as I'm in a stim break). Orders that had any of the ph's were waiting on all of it tho.

They could have at least sent us kraken separately for those of us who ordered kraken and v2s. Hmmm no the reformulatikn was around September/October. It was in production by end of October iirc. Began shipping out well over a month ago now

They probably can but you'd have to contact them and get them to split the order into two. At this point it's probably not worth the effort since they "should" be shipping yesterday ha.

There's no way they would know who does and doesn't want/need split orders tho without Someone reaching out.
 
I never got that email. Hopefully the stuff comes in the next couple days. About the only way I would even consider ordering again would have to be a heavy discount. At this point 20% just isn't worth trying to go through this again.

I never got that email. Hopefully the stuff comes in the next couple days. About the only way I would even consider ordering again would have to be a heavy discount. At this point 20% just isn't worth trying to go through this again.

I have mentioned this before and will say this again- being a rep isn't as easy as some people think! Although we didn't buy the product, we are the ones delivering the news to the people we communicate with everyday. Trust me, from my last rep position I know this from experience, having to repeat there is another delay blows. For as long as I have known booneman77 and the guys at Sparta, no one is sitting back saying oh well or too bad.

there are several positives here
1- you are getting a very good product, so the wait will be worth it
2- they have kept everyone in the loop- either on this forum or via email
3- they even offered a refund

there are less than a handful of companies these days that will give you all three of those, you would be lucky to get updates with a lot of companies. all of this isn't exactly what you want to hear, but trust me, we know it sucks.
 
Hmmm no the reformulatikn was around September/October. It was in production by end of October iirc. Began shipping out well over a month ago now

thats weird then not sure what to say. but ive never waited that long for a company to restock. Only thing i order was Kraken and now i dont have a clue on why it took so long. .

Well guys...I cancelled my orders. Nutriverse brought back the 20% off sale in a day and I've had enough of the lies. I ordered the whole 8 week OL Elite kit with support and pct. Guess what...it already shipped out. Max is a good guy over there!

Take no offence Boone. We know it's not your fault at all and you've been nothing but helpful. BTW the 6 day PHAT is working out awesomely. Got my base numbers lined out to start this cycle next week. Good luck to all that's left. I'll keep you posted.

Also FYI to those trying to cancel...they didn't answer the phone all day but I caught them on chat. I was instructed to email support with my order numbers to cancel. I took a screen shot of my order page and also requested confirmation for each.

None taken brother. Like I've said, I don't blame anyone for frustration. If it were me I'd have done the same cuz I only have small windows to run cycles myself.

Also, I agree the chat seems to get he fastest responses. That goes for those who preferred off PHW and some other sites as well
 
If anyone else needs their order cancelled and hasn't gotten through to CS, send me a pm with you order number (only orders through the Sparta site - I have no control over retailers).

Please try to get through to CS through chat, phone or email yourself though first as I may not get your pm right away and have to go through the same channels as you anyways.
 
I'm happy this helped people get some information for the time being and everyone keeping up to date. elo76 keep me updated on that stack bro!! I'm looking for new stuff to try in a couple months because I got sick during cycle so looking for something solid down to road.

FYI...they are on chat right now and I'm awaiting an email confirmation on my order cancellations from yesterday. It's a shame we have to push them to get things done. I also took a screen shot of the chat so they can't say i didn't talk to anyone. I have my sent email from yesterday too.
 
I talked to someone last night Alex is who it said it was. But he guaranteed that the orders go out this coming week along with the free PCT

Lmfaoooo I still can't help but laugh at how horrible this process still is... we officially hit two months delay on the 15th and they said all were shipping out 100% last week with no shipping information so they can get it out to us... now it's the following week and nothing so bad.
 
This is bs I'll have to contact the BBB cause at this point we are being jerked around with empty promises. Not even the reps know what's going on. Telling us on here that they shipped out last week with no tracking info? Then the CEO sends another mass email saying they will ship out next week? Wtf is that?
 
Well it went from shipping Wed/Thurs to now Friday. I told Alex that if it's not out by then that I'll have to ask for a refund and I agree on reporting it to the BBB.
