Never turkey hunted, but giving it serious consideration this year...and yes..alone time in general is needed!

I love spring turkey season. I mean it's getting warm and it's spring time in the woods. What's not to love?
 
I don't understand the craze of taking epi or trest pwo- nothing against those who do, but seems it would make more sense to have this fully in your blood stream vs its starting to be distributed in your body. there are other threads for those who even went to 1500 pwo and really didn't do much. but if it is working for you, keep it up otherwise space this out, might be better off

You could always arrange your daily schedule when you workout to coincide with taking a pwo dose of epi or trest

But yeah smith_69 it does seem silly.

Man I had a huge Tom and a handful of hens hanging out around my house this summer... I was hoping they'd stay around but haven't seen them in months. I love me some wild turkey.. to eat or drink

Assuming this is part of it, but I've been freaking starving the last 2 days. Sick or not, it's been hard not shoving food into my face every hour. If this keeps up I'll end up back at 250 by the end of it.

I've been trying 40/30/30 percentages. I'm eating the same food I've eaten for the last 12 months probably. Chicken and brown rice with jalapeños, raw broccoli w/small amount (2 tbl) of humus for my two daily meals, supplemented with usually a couple of protein shakes and bcaa's. I normally don't have any problems with this food, but the last two days have been rough. Been trying to ease the cravings with eggs, but fruit pies and French fries sounds way better

Not far off....the difference between on and off is night and day. On I walked around feeling like 25 years younger and all pumped up. Now I feel almost my age.... Thankfully only had a 3lb weight rebound and still kept what seems like most if not all of the strength so far.

Tomorrow I go back on stims which should take care of most of the issues.

50\25/25/12.5 probably (50 makes me feel like shizz in so many ways I'll probably drop to 25 in week 2)
And BLR stuff - viron, letrone, prolactrone and rebirth after 4 weeks.
I'm also gonna do 4 days lifting instead of 5....to start. If my recovery stays good I'll go back to 5. I took 6 days off from lifting so I avoided any major altercations with resolutionists.
I still think it's weird to have more sides in pct than on cycle! Lol

Got this head cold, chest thing going on, but hit the gym anyway. Today was 95% of 15 reps max, and surprised myself by hitting 18 - 20 reps on everything. Friday is 100%, and I'm thinking I'll add weight to most of the lifts and see how it goes.
For those of you who have ran this, is it possible to begin seeing some strength improvement after only 10 days? It definitely seems to me that my strength has improved. Placebo maybe? I don't know, and honestly don't care. I'm really looking forward to the 10 rep max phase next week.

Yep. You're def seeing the strength increase start.. with epiandro I noticed a slight increase within a week.
 
The andros are sounding better all the time. Would be easier for the wife even though they are more expensive than a basic injectable cycle.

I have absolutely zero prior experience, but so far I'm pretty happy. Some of what I'm feeling may be placebo, but I'm sure some of it is due to the Andros. I feel bigger, and I know for a fact my strength is up. Blood pressure has been steady, haven't had any negative issues that can be blamed on what I'm taking, so I'm happy at this point.
 
SFreed it is absolutely possible to see strength increases after 10 days.. I feel as if I did when I did it. But...I also think its a mental thing, your confidence levels increase as you complete each day,and that new found confidence allows you to push yourself more each day!! Keep diggin bro

Yah with the work out! that's what lifting weights does. strength improvements. lol

Hope you get rid of the crud. I had it stick around for 7-8 days. just Advil up and go lift!
 
Today was 100% of my 15 rep max. Happy to say that I increased weight and reps on all of my lifts! Especially exciting for me since I actually spent a week figuring out my max's, not using an online max rep calculator, so I know the weights I had were indeed my "max" for 15 reps. I will probably add some leg exercises in on the next phase, since I'm afraid they'll be lagging with my achilles tendon injury.

Also, stepped on the scale (even though I told myself not to) and I'm up to 195, so apparently my diet is not as tight as I had hoped. I'm gonna try to not let myself get too worked up about it though. Have been thinking about switching to the Tank999 meat and eggs diet though. After a couple of years of chicken and rice, maybe it's time for a change. Dropped a couple of the shakes the last few days and added in some tuna, which helped with the hunger a little. Might just stick with that for a couple weeks and see how it goes.

Not experiencing any of the sides that others have reported, so apparently the combo that I'm taking is working out really well. Will keep the Epi at 750mg for a couple more weeks, then will bump it up to 1000 for a week to see how that feels. Other than that, I'll continue everything as is. Sup3r 19 won't be shipping until the end of the month, so doubtful that I'll be adding it into this run. I'll use it for the next stack, cause from what I'm experiencing so far, there will definitely be another one! Thanks to Brandinooooo and Jebrook for the help in setting this up.
 
If you decide to switch over to the darkside of dieting, we gotta discuss - at least maybe you could learn from my mistakes....:)
 
And one odd thing.....My balls feel warm most of the time. Not tingly like ryane87 when he watches Maude, just warm.

I am leaning towards the andros before pinning myself. It would be easier on the wife and I don't think I want my children catching me injecting. They sound alright. But pinning has such a better cost to benefit ratio.....
