I have been reading on OlympusUk
Looking to run this pH for eight weeks
Stats and goals
47 years old

Bmi 28
I do CrossFit 3 days and Gym two days
Looking to add s lean bulk in lean out
Diet is clean approximate Calories a day 3000-3200

Super 3r1 or super3r1 elite ???
super3r shred or sup3r epi
Cycle support
ptc colimd / kings blood

Basics supplements
protein
BCAA
Fish oil
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated or recommendations

I would do epi/ super 1
 
Throw in some Sup3r DHEA and that's pretty much what I'm running now. There's several OL logs going on with several different combinations of andros.

I just ran OL andro 1 & epi, today is day 1 of my PCT. It turned out to be a great recomp, I dropped a couple % in fat, got cut up, and packed on some lean muscle. Whats cool is I stayed the exact same weight, but I now look much bigger, and dont need to cut fat.

I ran andro 1 & epi at 2-pills per day split. However, I did have some sides, and began experiencing some suppression around week 3-4. I had to bump up my test base (epi) to an additional pill, and after a day things went back to normal (almost). I have to admit, my sex drive is not where it was, but that should spring back within a week.

I don't know about the hair lose, I already lost it, so I didn't care. But I also didn't notice any difference, there are some shampoos that can help.
As far as joint pain, I only took 2 pills of fish oil per day, and didn't notice anything. What's funny is, when I ran anafuse (natty product) my joints hurt like hell, but on those Andros I was fine. However, the last week I have noticed a slight amount of joint pain.

If you do the 1/epi you will get freaky strong, so make sure your joint support is in order.

I would second the strength point, I was pushing in the 15 rep range (which is why I probably didn't have many joint issues). However, when I dropped to 4 sets of 10, or went for a 1-2 rep max my number jumped. Id say I put on 15-20lbs on my bench, and about the same on my squat, and literally began using 35lb DB for curls instead of 25s.

I haven't felt anything and I'm on day 23 Only reason I've hit some PRs are cuz of how hard I've been training. I'm very disappointed in 1/4/epi so far
