Review:
Not worth the sides, too toxic, will never use again. Muscles feel fuller, not as visible though.

Tomorrow I go on vacations to Brazil until Jan. 23, will not use much internet because Brazilian butts and beaches are more important.

It's a 16 hours drive from here. I do it once a year with the family, as Paraguay has no ocean -or besides the own farm nothing really worth visiting.
You rent a full fitted modern apartment for 6 persons, near the beach for about $65/day, WiFi , TV, kitchen, BBQ grill, air condition -everything.
Contrary to popular believe, crime rate is zero where I'm going. All the shocking stuff happens in the big cities.

Yes - I haven't been around so much lately and I haven't heard from HGP in forever. Started to worry today so I checked his log and found he was on vacation looking at brazillian asses. Hopefully none of those men get upset with him.

I've been hiding. I got fat. Went full retard since Turkey Day. Been playing with some low carb dieting type stuff, but not being strict at all. Been working out, seeing progress there. I am planning a big stack coming up and a new log. Right now, I've just been taking the time to not care about it so much, see if I can put on some muscle (benched 185 for 10 two nights ago....), and build some more good "before" photos with my big fat gut. I'm around 185 right now. Maybe 187. I got fat.

But, if I get my motivation together here shortly and do what I did last year, I will be starting from a much better place. Maybe I can get to that 160 or maybe even better- 170 and 10%.

Gaining that much weight in so short a time is a clear indication of an eating plan that is neither healthy or sustainable. It also suggests that the weight you gained back isn't fat -- or not much of it. And on the flip side, that it wasn't fat you LOST for those last 15 or 20 pounds.

My recommendation is that you work on repairing your metabolism with a slow step up of a reverse diet where you slowly up your calories, while continuing to workout hard. See if you can maintain your current weight while building muscle for a while.

Once you're back to "normal" metabolism, work on a more "lifestyle" eating plan that is healthy and sustainable -- with only moderate caloric deficiencies.

Bulk up a bit and stay at 185 and you'll have a KILLER body!

I started the vacation cruising on 250mg test/week.
 
My thoughts about my last cycle and future "lab rat experiments":

The S-drol was fake crap.
No idea what it was -but it elevated estrogen, bloated me, elevated my BP, surely scrambled my lipids -and gave me a bit of fullness, that's all.
I guess it was under dosed D-bol.
I'm now on a prolonged cruise at 250mg test/week to recover my lipids. Will give blood too to lower red blood cell count.

I decided to not run orals again, with exception of Anavar and maybe LGD. I tried all of the AAS besides Anadrol, Halo and T-bol, most of the PH's too.
The sides don't justify the gains, IMHO.

Will stick to what worked for me in the past, mainly:
moderate Test, NPP, TD Trest (injectable "Ment" in future), Anavar for cutting.

Peptides I found useful so far are:
CJC 1295 w -or without dac, Melanotan 2, BPC-157. I came to the conclusion that BPC-157 for healing works better for me than TB-500.
Still no veredict on IGF and MGF.

Future projects are:
-low dose insulin post workouts with a huge meal, stacked with CJC-1295 (still reading on it to not fugg me up)
-Epitalon (peptide for life extension and recovery)
-trestolone acetate -"Ment"
 
I'm interested in playing with slin doses while on T3 and a **** load of anabolics... scares the hell out of me but interests me as well.

Scares me a bit too, will investigate more and may start a very conservative cycle soon, using CJC instead of HGH and trying to get my hands on a short acting slin to avoid dying in my sleep of Hypoglycemia, as I workout at night and I have to dose post workout. The OTC slin is long acting and would be a bit of a risk, IMHO.
"Sh1tloads of AAS" may not be necessary, that is what they want you to believe ;)
I digged really deep into this and all seems to indicate HGH stacked with Slin is the big secret of the pro's -but also the secret to palumbism for some.
 
How well did the BPC-157 work for tendon healing? I have been dealing with achilles issues for the past year and almost would have rather had it completely rupture. Would have at least had it fixed by now.

Try BPC, just do it. I guess if your tendon is partly ruptured sideways, you may need surgery, as nothing can pull it back together. For all other circumstances use BPC. I would buy at least 3-4 vials because it takes time. I ran out of BPC just when the shoulder started to get better. Now I can do most exercises again with little discomfort, I probably could BB bench again and do dips, but I don't wanna force anything yet. BPC is kinda miracle in a bottle.

This time I had a strain in my left trap on awakening, probably from the air conditioning, couldn't move my head and gym later at night was a no go.
All it took to fix the problem was that:

All you need is a wife and a wooden spoon.
This time I had a strain in my left trap on awakening, probably from the air conditioning, couldn't move my head and gym later at night was a no go.
All it took to fix the problem was that:

After roughly 1.5 minutes, pain is gone, full mobility recovered. The pressure applied is as hard as you can tolerate and the angle has to be at 90 degrees. Find the exact spot.

Sounded like a hell of a vacation. Gaining 2 lbs is not bad at all for going on vacation.

What I've found over the years is if I've been pumping iron fairly hard for a while and then go on vacation, the SCALE weight doesn't increase much because it's offset by some muscle shrinkage.

So, a 2 pound gain isn't terrible, but it doesn't mean he didn't lose some muscle and gain more fat.

But, gramps would have a better indication if that's the case or not -- based on pinching and clothes tightness. And, of course flexed measurements.

Exactly what I go through... it starts making my lifting sessions boring and mentally draining because I figure I'm not going to be getting any gainz...

Then I run a cycle and forget about all the effort that went into cutting. I eat a sh1t load wanting to get some fcking gainz and I'm fat again.

I'm going to follow the booneman77 bulk of adding 50mcg of T3 into the cycle, so all the gainz made from being in the surplus will be lean

500mg Test/week, IGF-DES, MGF-PEG, CJC1295 combo with Clen, changing daily between DMAA/EC and Melanotan 2, for appetite cutting - and MAYBE I'll try slin....still reluctant and researching.

Yeah but for most of us easy gainers it takes a little more time to lose muscle. I can be off the gym for a month and barely lose any size at all. I kind of doubt he lost too much muscle there. I could be way off though.

Cutting is mostly discipline and energy expenditure. You NEVER have to do traditional cardio if you don't want to. Circuit training will lean you up just as fast if not faster than typical cardio. So will GPP, and calisthenics complexes. They also have the benefit of stimulating collagen, and other protein synthesis.

Grandpa, I challenge you to avoid the slin, and do your diet right. Not to be a d!ckwad or anything but before going to something as possibly dangerous as insulin you should have your crap together regarding your diet. All of the mental adjusting and tweaking, or gear is not going to get you there if you don't get your nutrition squared away. I mean if you are willing to go after your health without fixing the diet why not just say screw it and go with DNP? It is a lot more predictable, and both can easily kill you if not used correctly.

I would think after "listening" to you that the best diet for you would be Carb Backloading. You will definitely lean up but you can still train like an animal and still make strength gains in a deficit. That way every night you can get some of the goodies you like and just have to really control yourself during the day. Very simple premise. The key is to not go overboard on the backload. Too many people try it and go over their caloric needs treating the carb load like a free for all. You still keep your calories as they should be but cram most of them into the post workout or evening back load.
