Ok fellas here it goes. I'm running YK11. I gunned down a protein shake and took my first 2 pills on the spot. Each pill is 5mg.

From here on out I'm taking it pre Workout. I took it today because I was excited lol.

This is my 4th cycle. I'm running this with 4 Andro, Osta and Ignit3. Doing a Recomp. I have on cycle support, a pct lined up with Clomid, KingsBlood and reduce xt. I'm gonna throw in MK677 and a couple other goodies in due time.

I have aromasin also just in case.

I'm running this at least 6 weeks starting with 10mg everyday and 20mg of Osta.

BodyFat % Guesstimation of 16, maybe 18%
Been lifting for 10 years
I will be using Intermittent Fasting

I also have CEL TUDCA and Cycle Support. (I may add something towards the end of the cycle).

I've been running Osta, 4 Andro and Ignit3 since Sunday. Today was chest day. I felt better recovery time in between sets, a slight boost in strength and was sweating my balls off doing cardio. (That's how I know the Osta is working, I sweat my balls off lol).

Tomorrow, Wednesday, is Back, bi's and cardio. Last week I started with 20 min of cardio, this week is 25, next week will be 30 and so on.

Cool! Haven't seen a yk11 log yet. Though I'm thinking it may be difficult to determine which effects you experience are from the yk, given the other compounds you're running

It promotes an increase in Follistatin. Binds to androgens and competes with testosterone and progesterone receptors.

What justhere4comm is correct.

From my understanding of it(which is a internet bro with a little bit of college chem and bio) is that it is a a steroid based a progesterone backbone rather than the traditional testosterone. But I'm by no means a expert. I definitely could be wrong

Yesterday I took 2 caps, 10mg's right when I got home from the gym with my post workout shake. I was excited that I got it and couldn't wait lol.

Today I took it 1 hour pre workout. It was Back, biceps and 25 min of cardio. I will say this, recovery between sets was really nice. As soon as I was done with a set, within seconds I was ready for another.

Weights did seem lighter today. I do rack deads every back workout. I hit 545 for 1. A couple weeks ago I struggled with 535 for 1 and 545 today was almost no problem. So that's a good sign.

For biceps I started with 1 set of 100 reps for cable curls, 30 pounds nothing crazy, pump was nice. I do that every once in a while, always get a nice pump, but today it was even better and even as I write this almost 2 hours post workout, they still feel pumped up.

Through the workout I had a decent sweat going which I like.

25 min of cardio. I was sweating like a pig lol. Like I mentioned yesterday, that's how I know the Osta is working for me. This is my third time running it so I know how I react to it.

Tomorrow is Shoulders, traps, Triceps and 25 min of cardio.

Diet is stupid clean. 2 big salads, baked chicken, grilled steak, 2 protein shakes in water, one with peanut butter in my nutribullet. 2 bananas.

Overall feeling good.

Day 3 of YK11, Osta, 4 Andro, Ignit3
2 Caps/10mg's of YK 1 Hour Pre Workout

Today was Shoulders, traps and triceps. Recovery between sets was really good again today, just like yesterday. Endurance and energy was up all day today.

Strength was up from Shoulders last week. Seated overhead barbell press. At the end of last weeks set, I hit 135 for 17 reps, today I hit 135 for 20 reps. If I had a spotter maybe 21 or 22. I was def happy with that.

Had a really nice shoulder pump, better than usual. Same with triceps.

25 minutes of cardio.

No lethargy or back pumps to report.

A bit more vascular in my arms.

I work 2 jobs and tomorrow I have both so I'm gonna take advantage and use that as my off day and carb up a bit. I've been low carb since Sunday so I'm looking forward to eating some good carbs tomorrow.

Saturday is legs.

Overall still feeling good.

Forgot to mention. The thirst was real today. For about half the day I couldn't drink enough water. Very thirsty but subsided mid afternoon.

Day 4 of YK 11, Osta, 4 Andro, Ignit3

Mini update since today is an off day.

Had some carbs today, now I'm feeling sleepy lol. But I needed them and I'll def have some more today.

Biceps, Triceps and Shoulders are sore AF today. The recovery time between sets has been really good. I'm just banging these sets out with no problem.

Tomorrow is Legs. Squats of course.

It will also be day 5 of YK11 at 2 caps/10mg's.

I have a week left of Primevil Labs Osta and the Osta I ordered from where I ordered it from is on back order. I don't know when I'll get more. If I run out of Osta before I get more Osta I'm gonna bump up the YK to 15mg's which would be a week earlier than planned but F it.

Kinda tired today. I've been working a lot plus going nuts in the gym. Overall, physically feeling good. No side effect yet.

Day 5 of YK11, Osta, 4 Andro and Ignit3

Leg Day

Pre workout
2 caps/10mg's of Yk
20 mg of Osta

Recovery time between sets is a beautiful thing so far. It took a while for me to get in the swing of things today, here in Jersey it's 26 degrees out, worked both jobs yesterday, on 5 hours of sleep but still had a good leg sesh. Had a good pump also. It's always been hard for me to get a good leg pump.

25 minutes of cardio.

Woke up today and looked noticeably leaner. Last Sunday I weighed in at 223. Abs somewhat visible. This morning abs were more visible.

Tomorrow I will do my weekly weigh in. It's also chest and triceps. Triceps are still sore AF from a couple days ago but oh well. They're getting blasted again tomorrow.

Today will be moderate carbs, tomorrow low carb, almost none honestly. Then Monday, I'm off from both jobs, may wake up and do fasted cardio with some core/ab work, I might have a cheat meal which I'm looking forward too. I'll post a pic for my fellow gorillas. If I'm having a cheat meal. It's f'n legit. I go in.

Feeling good today, still doing intermittent fasting.

All good in the hood thus far.

Side note: I got an email with a tracking number, I should be getting more Osta in the mail on Monday.

I'm really loving the aggression and power YK11 provides in the gym. This **** complements LGD greatly. After adding yk11 to the stack, the lethargy completely went away :) looking forward to seeing your results.

Day 6 of YK11, Osta, 4 Andro and Ignit3

Pre workout

2 caps/10mg's of YK
20 mg's of Osta

Today was just chest and 10 min of cardio. Slept in a little too late today and had to get to work. Blasted chest. Rack press, floor press, incline bench, cable flys and incline dumbbell flys.

The recovery time in between sets on this stuff has been very good. Endurance and energy as well. I started a little slow today, it's cold as **** and it takes me a while to get really warmed up but when I did this chest workout flew. Nice pump as usual.

On day one of this recomp I weighed in at 223. Today I weighed in at 216. Down 7 pounds. Looked a bit leaner today, my cut off sleeve Animal shirt was baggy.

Day 1 - 223
Day 7 - 216

I was going to run YK the first 2 weeks at 2 caps/10mg's but starting tomorrow I'm bumping it up to 3 caps/15mg's and also going from 25 min of cardio to 30 min of cardio.

Down 7 pounds in a week my strength and endurance is up and I'm happy about that. So far so good.

Day 7 of YK11, Osta, 4 Andro, Ignit3

First full day off from both jobs in about 10 days. Much needed. Got to sleep in today. Had a 3 hour gym sesh. Had to make up for yesterday short gym sesh due to work.

Here in Jersey it was 19 degrees this morning. Started with 15 min on the stationary bike, wore a hoody just to warm up. As always on YK, good endurance, good recovery time between sets and energy.

Deadlifting 405 seemed really light today. Worked up to 475 for 1 then worked my way back down to 225.

Woke up and once again looked leaner than the day before. I actually felt leaner also. When I put on my weight belt, I had to tighten it up some. Felt good about that and actually surprised at how much I had to tighten it.

Bumped up the cardio to 30 minutes at the end of workout, good sweat going and it was a breeze. I def could of kept going.

Tomorrow I'm blasting arms like you wouldn't believe. I'll probably do a CT Fletcher style arm workout, not even close to kidding.

No back pumps, no lethargy.

Feeling good, looking leaner.

I'm still doing intermittent fasting.

I was going to go full beastmode on a cheat meal today but didn't. Instead I ate super clean, made a green apple/spinach juice in the nutribullet, a salad with spinach, tomatoes and carrots. Had a butt load of chicken, a couple table spoons of natty peanut butter and a nice piece of apple pie. It was Devine and loved every bite.

Thanks bro. There's only a handful of YK logs I've found and they aren't detailed at all. "Strength is up" and that's all it is. There's so much more to a log, what I'm eating, what I'm doing, the doses, and just the intricate details that are important.

As far as the 4 Andro I'm running Iron Mag Labs and dosing 3 caps a today. I originally was going to run Epi Andro being that it's a dry compound but a friend hooked me up with 3 bottles and 2 other bottles that will remain nameless for the time being. I will add one to the stack towards the end. I got them for $50 so I said F it I'll just eat extra clean and do more cardio.

When I add the MK677 in pct, it will be 15mg's a day.

Yeah maybe I should have started a detailed log on YK11. I can say a week in and not really any strength gains outside what I already got off the LGD. YK 11 complemented the LGD though, got rid of the lethargy :)

As far as out of the ordinary no. Libido is in tact, no back pumps or Lethargy. So far so good, I have not one complaint.

Day 8 of YK11, Osta, 4 Andro and Ignit3

3 caps/15mg's of YK pre workout

Went in and blasted arms today. They didn't stand a chance. Super sets, sets to failure. Also did abs and calfs. They got the business also. About 300 reps for each. Not kidding. 30 minutes of cardio after.

The arm pump was decent, had a great calf pump which I rarely get for some reason but today it was one of those rare treats I guess.

It's almost like I get more energy and can endure more as the workout goes on. Good feeling. I wore different shoes today to the gym and my feet paid for it lol. Not wearing those again.

Woke up this morning, once again looked a bit leaner. Clothes felt looser, intermittent fasting getting easier.

Tomorrow is my second leg day of the week. Gonna go balls deep in there. Quads and hams will be decimated.

I guess that's it for now. No side effects to report yet, feeling good, eating clean, training dirty.

Solid run so far! I can't wait to see what your final results are. How much of the weight you've lost do you attribute to water weight?
First week I dropped 7 pounds, I'm sure 6 if not all was water weight which I'm fine with. I've done IF on and off for a few years now and that's what always happens with me, first week it's water weight, from then on it's water and body fat.

I do look a lil flat today and so I'm gonna carb up tonight post workout

Thanks bro and appreciate the feedback. YK has been out for a while now and nothing detailed I could find. Nothing. Or guys run it with LGD and RAD and the log doesn't do anything for me. Sounds like a cluster fck and how do you know what's working and what isn't?

I was on other boards lurking trying to find anything on YK besides the whole "strength is up"and guys running it with Test E and TBol. No luck.

What I wanted to do with this is actually have an honest detailed log on YK without the whole more is better mentality. I've run Osta on 2 separate occasions so I know how I respond.

I'll give the daily update later on tonight.

I can say adding it after 8 weeks of LGD, it gave me the energy to hit the gym hard again. Maybe I'm not eating enough and I got what I was going to get from the LGD.. not sure I would run YK11 solo at this point. LGD 3303 looks promising.

Strength for me has gone up slightly, even tho right now I'm basically cutting.

How are you dosing YK?

And yea 3033, looks like the real deal

Day 9 of YK11, Osta, 4 Andro and Ignit3

3 caps/15mg's of YK pre workout

Once again woke up this morning and looked a bit leaner. I thought I looked a bit flat also in the mirror at work but when I got to the gym that wasn't the case. Arms looked more defined and vascular.

Was really busy at work today, kicked my ass actually. I had to drag myself to the gym and get it done, took YK and after my warm up sets I was good to go.

Today was leg day. Squats, box squats, lunges and hamstring work. Blasted calfs again. Decent leg workout. 30 minutes of cardio after. Had a really good sweat going. Abs are sore from the 300 reps yesterday.

I forgot my food and supplements at home today and didn't realize until half way to work. The struggle is real. Went to Quick Check got a chicken blt wrap and a veggie sandwich with this tomato pesto garlic sauce. Really good actually. I wanted about 12 more lol.

I carb loaded today. Good carbs. I was feeling it and they were much needed. Tomorrow it will be moderate.

Tomorrow is Shoulders. No side effects yet, no lethargy, no back pumps, libido is good.

Carbed up yesterday. I woke up this morning looking a bit bigger, fuller and leaner. That's what we strive for right? Lol. Abs are showing more.

Strength and energy was really good today. Awesome pumps as well. Today was Shoulders and traps and I love this day. On the seated overhead barbell press I did a few warm up sets then did my working sets. What I like to do as I've mentioned is on my last set of these i put 135 on the bar and rep to failure. When I started it was 17, last week 20, this week 26 reps. Stoked! Awesome pump.

Switched it up and did 40 min of cardio.

Today I couldn't get enough and didn't want to leave haha. I did bicep/tricep supersets just because at the end. Amazing arm pump. Guns hugging the sleeves.

I really think it's starting to kick in. Abs more visible, arms more defined and getting more vascular. I had to tighten the belt on my jeans a couple notches this morning. No joke.

Tomorrow is cardio, calfs, abs/core work then Saturday will be my off day.

I'm digging this cycle so far fellas.

Forgot to dose Ignit3 at the regular time was busy at work so F it and did that with YK pre workout. I'm zooted right now lol.

Today I did a light leg workout, a lot of reps and things I don't normally do just to switch it up. My legs are exhausted. Also did core/ab work, rowing machine and steady cardio on the bike and treadmill. Really good workout today.

Tomorrow is an off day. I'm feeling good but at the same time my body is wrecked. Worked kicked my ass this week. I have to work 12 hours tomorrow but I get to sleep in which I'm looking forward to.

On my off day I'm bumping it up to 4 caps/20mg's.

Abs also a bit more visible, jeans looser, shirts a bit bigger. So far so good.

Day 13 of YK11, Osta, 4 Andro and Ignit3

Yesterday was an off day from the gym and much needed. Caught up on some sleep and bumped up the YK to 4 caps/20mg's.

Today I was back at it. Woke up looking a bit leaner again. Tired AF today tho. I did get to sleep in yesterday and a bit today, I still had to work 12 hours. Working another 8 or 9 as we speak.

Today was chest, triceps and bumped up the cardio to 35 minutes. I had a good workout, really nice pump but my body is tired. I honestly don't know when my next day off from work is but it's not stopping me from getting these gainz.

Day 1 I weighed in at 223. Day 7 I was at 216 and today on day 14 I'm at 215. Down a pound from last week, judging by the mirror and how my clothes fit I would of guessed 212 but I'm not mad at 215. Only down a pound but looking leaner than last week.

Strength is still good even doing IF, on a caloric deficit, 30 min of cardio everyday last week, clean eats besides my first cheat meal on Friday. I'll take it.

Going to bump up Ignit3 from 4 caps a day to 5. 3 in the morning then 2 mid afternoon.

Strength has def maintained, libido is good, no back pumps or lethargy to report. Hoping some decent strength gainz kick in this week at 20mg's but we'll see no rush.
