Can any of the more experienced blokes run an eye over my planned Test E cycle with Sd kickstart please :feedback:
(I've tried to put a question mark at any area I'm not sure which is the best way to go, any constructive criticism would be appreciated)
I will preload the below supplements for 2 weeks before starting and continue while until after PCT:
-CoQ10 (ending 1 week after last dose of SD)
-Vitamin B5 (ending 1 week after last dose of SD)
-Arm1care Pro (ending 1 week after last dose of SD)
-Vitamin C
-Multivitamin
-Fish Oil
-Glutamine
-Cissus (ending 1 week after last dose of SD)
-Hawthorne Berries (ending 1 week after last dose of SD)
-Tudca (ending 1 week after last dose of SD)
- Red Yeast Rice ???
The Cycle:
- SD (GP): 10/10/10/10 or 10/20/20 ??? dosed Pre-workout ???
- Test E: 12 Weeks @ 500mg dosed 250every Mon & Thurs (Any time inparticular???)
- Aromasin (Exemastane): 6.25mg ED or 12.5mg EOD ??? (Only have enough to run the full 12weeks plus 2 weeks after last pin)
- Is there anything/bridge I need to do after having last dose of Sd ???
PCT: (Started 2 weeks after last pin)
- Clomid - 50/50/25/25 (Dosing time???)
- Nolva - 20/20/10/10 (Dosing time???)
- Spartan (Trojan PCT) - 5 Caps per day (Dose in 2 doses per day or ???)
- I also have some OL Estrogenix Depot, should I run this through PCT & 2 weeks post ??? I would prefer to continue with the Aromasin but I don't have enough and thought this would be better then nothing ???.
- Do I need to add in a cortisol control ???
- Creatine preload started day after last pin and continued as usual
I will not be running this until after surgery and regaining all strength, I just want to have everything sorted well before hand.
Expected criteria will be followed and on point whilst on cycle and for several months post pct, ie; No alcohol, Diet, Routine,Water, Sleep, Stress.
Rough Details right now for anyone curious:
- Height: 171cm (5' 6")
- Weight: 85kg (187lb)
- Age: 29
- BF: 17%
I can provide more details if needed and as already mentioned thanks to anyone that lends a hand and can help out on the finer details. :hail:
Cheers.
