Tank Running OL/OL UK Andros and Stuff (unsponsored)

Had a sup3r solid workout - when I was done I felt ready to go again - fa realz! This OL shizz is the real deal.

Btw, I upped the Sup3r 11 also which probably makes a difference, just haven't figured how.

So I did squats, straight leg, conventional, and sumo dedz - 5x5s

Bent rows and shrugs....seeing the bar was loaded anyway.

3 sets of Fatty pull ups

Hammer Precherz - 3x21s
Them some super slow single arm Hammer Precherz

Now I'm heading out to eat - have a great one!
 
Quick note - refeed was GREAT! Muscle cramps afterwards was TERRIBLE! I'm doing some more research before next weeks refeed so hopefully I don't have to go through that again.

On a happy note, I only bloated up about 2lbs from the refeed and it was all gone by this afternoon! I got to eat a ton of stuff I haven't touched in ages, and it's supposed to be helpful!

Back to the gym tomorrow - looking forward to chest and shoulders...

Day 36 - 245.2 lbs
Very happy I did that refeed friday; definitely good for the brain.... and thanks to KetoInduce I was back in ketosis the next morning...AND the carb weight bloat is gone!

Just gotta say that this stack is definitely the real shizz! I did chest and shoulders today; I was gonna go heavy for low reps. But when I hefted the "heavy" weights, I then proceeded to rep out insane sets! On incline bentch I repped out on a weight I haven't even lifted in over 25 years!

Delt presses
Hammer decline
Full stack pecDec
Incline presses
All heavy, hi rep, hi set

Food tonight is beef and eggs. Will end up with 3-4 protein shakes.

Solid workout today. Feel strong. The weights felt light. I really hope some of this sticks afterwards....

Hammer rows
Bent rows - a few sets with each hand placement
Fatty pull ups

Solid weights. Solid reps. Good stuff

Weight is creeping down while my strength is going up so I'm definitely happy!

Diet stays the same - 3 shakes; 2 meals of beef and eggs.

Not necessarily - I workout in a gym full of crazeeeeees.....that would one of the more sane things! Dude shows up one day in a hello kitty skirt and blouse and says "it's my birthday; just wanted to feel special!". I kid you not!

Day 38 - 242.8 lbs
The refeed plus the new diet seems to have kicked weight loss into gear....I'm sure upping the supps helped!

Worked arms today. Endless sets for endless reps for decent weight. Arms are pumped but plumb wore out.

Diet stays the same.
Btw - really loving the 1000mg epi......shoulda done it before!

Day 39 - no weigh in yet
Solid gym session; 2nd time this week for pecs n deltz. Not too heavy but really slower than normal.

Definitely feeling strong and looking better. Diets on point.....scheduled cheat meal tonight. Talk about weird cravings - gonna eat crunchy pb on ww! And some other stuff.

Had a nice workout today - did 2 work sets of 20 reps each on strict squats. Then 5x5 on 3 variations of dedz.
Then bent rows and shrugs and fatty pull ups. Cause why not.
Then repped out on Hammer curlz.
Weighed in at about 242 lbs

Fa shaw - two smartest things I've done lately: switch to beef and eggs twice a day while cutting down on the shakes, and adding in a high carb meal once a week.
Physically and mentally it's been very good for me. I hope to stick to it at least for the last 2 weeks of this cycle.....then I'll reevaluate...

So thanks to BEAST73 upping the ante yesterday to 10 sets for each exercise - so I went 10 sets of 10 reps for everything today....this was not fun! I kept the weights heavyish for the most part and the breaks short so this was hard work! In retrospect I'm happy I did it - it'll really test my recovery....which up to now has been extraordinarily good on this cycle.

Doesn't look like I'm making it to the gym today....first time I missed a scheduled day in probably over a year! Took an extra shift at my other job....

So I get all paranoid and keep busting out sets of pushups every chance I get....

Diet is still solid. I know I didn't gain any fat this week...weigh in tomorrow

Starting similar regime-ish. 330 super 1 and 4, 500 epi for a month, then 330 of super 1 and 750 epi for 20 days then just epi at 1000 (maybe 750?) for 21 days

Dunno your weight or experience level, etc , but truth be told the "fun" didn't really kick in till 750 epi and even more so at 1000.
If I was doing it now I'd go 500 2 weeks, 750 1 week, and then 1000 from then on.
I'm also thinking that it's the higher epi that got rid of the kick in the pants lethargy I had at the beginning.

Tank999 or anyone else who might know. What would you base the dosing on? Meaning if I bump up to 1000 from 750, what would be the indication that I need to drop back to 750?

I'm sure wiser folks have what to say...personally I was advised to keep an eye on my bp and constant severe headaches that aren't helped by hydrating.

As a side note - the agression is real! Once the shizz kicked in, everything and everyone majorly pissed me off! Thankfully, I realized what was happening and focused on staying chilled. And the freaky agression grows. Just thought I'd give you a heads up.
 
Yeah, I've heard about the aggression. I've also heard that it really just amplifies what you already have. So if you already tend to be a hothead, it get worse, but if you're typically pretty chill it isn't too bad.

I've got a lot of stuff going on at work for the next 3 months that is pretty stressful, and have been concerned about flipping out on employees and customers. But I've already been sitting on all my stuff for this cycle for a month, waiting another 3 months would suck.

You got this for sure! I believe as long as you're aware of it and know what to expect, it shouldn't be an issue.

One more thing if you don't mind.....whatever you do to keep your joints healthy - whether supps or whatever - stay on top of it because you're gonna be lifting ALOT more than usual.

Seems so to me. But truth is the lethargy before I upped the epi annoyed me more than the later agression.
 
Which was actually my other concern. Since I'm working 60 - 65 hours a week, I'm actually a little more concerned about the lethargy than the aggression. I'll just have to see how it goes.
 
One more question Tank999....Do you feel the Strength Unleashed is a worthwhile addition? Ordering some more Epi now, and with 50% sale, now's a good time for more additions

I started with it but dropped it after a few....felt any effects would be overshadowed by the real stuff....
