PEScience Black Friday Extravaganza.

Any estimate on when the bf orders will go out? Just trying to catch a date range so the neighbors kids dont snatch my stash.

Just keep checking that tracking order if you were issue one. Did you order near the end of the order? The warehouse is working hard but I know they have been so slammed.
 
Chocolate pb is the best tasting pb I've ever had. I seriously hope u have another big sale soon so I can stock up big time

I think I ordered 25th. I haven't gotten an email tracking yet. Im not worried about grtting it though pes does good work. I am more worried about one of these 15 yr olds snatching my order and getting swole off my protein, lmao.

At least we know the stuff will be super fresh though right! ;)
 
We have gone through approximately 80% of the orders so are now shipping the final packages.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to the PES customer service. I sent them an email regarding the estimated ship out date of my Black Friday order, and I got a response almost immediately. Whether this is a coincidence or not, my bargain protein is on it's way and I am super stoked.

So glad to hear you are satisfied and not surprised at all at the great customer service. We have a damn good crew all around. This sale has done a number on us. It's a good thing but it's made a few delays. Still waiting on mine and some prolific. :)

Yeah actually mine was in my mailbox as I was posting the previous post...lol. I never heard the mail truck pull up.

Tried the snicker doodle and was pleasantly surprised at the taste being very good. Got 2 prolific tossed in the box as well.
 
Wondering if I could get a PES rep to check on the status of my delivery. I never got a shipping email, which i dont really care about, i know I'll get it at some point. But, i want to use prolific for my pre today and will wait til this afternoon/evening to workout if it's gonna get delivered today.

Yours is still being processed. Has not sent yet. I think yesterday Ben mentioned we were processing the last 20 percent of black friday orders.

Sorry about that. I tried to express there would definitely be a delay due to the Friday madness. Hope it ships soon for you bro!

Gotcha sorry thought you meant just the prolific. You didn't receive any type of shipping info for your black Friday order?
 
We had a temporary system glitch that meant some people didn't get confirmation emails (orders on the 25th were most likely to have been affected).

If in doubt over your order status you can email customer service and they will let you know. :)

No sir I did not. I got an order confirmation but never a shipping confirmation. Like i said, I'm not upset about it whatsoever, i was just wondering if one of you guys could give me an eta thats all! I dont NEED the stuff for another 2-3 weeks so ill live :)

My order or confirmation email never came through, but you got me squared away bdcc so thanks again for the customer service. I now got 10 tubs of Select that should stock me quite a bit!
 
I ordered late on the 28th and just got an email that they shipped. So any of you that ordered late like me just hang in there! I'm excited

Just wanted to update you that i have received a shipping email. I got it while at work and didnt see it. It says the package should be here by Tuesday ?

Same here! My BF order with the samples arrived yesterday as well. Cant wait to try Prolific out tomorrow. And L2L, it looks like you guys ended up sending me a tub of cotton candy but only RL samples...little bit of a miscommunication there, I'll take the blame for that one .
