Only because I decided to ignore the scale for a while - it was really messing with my head....

It can man. During my foodadrol cycle I got up to 195. 4 days after 189. My foodadrol PCT isn't going well....lol
 
Day 26
On the advice of a couple of wise ones, I'm going to up the sup3r epi to 750mg a day on the way to 1000mg. It seems Im at the practical limit on 1andro so I'm sticking at 330mg. I also realize that I can up the dose on the sup3r epi without buying any more - which is definitely a plus!

Squatz n dedz and pull ups today.....looking forward to it!

Food today besides protein shakes will be roast chicken n greens.

Coming up on 4 weeks so I havta decide over the weekend if I'm gonna make any other changes for the next 4.we'll see.

Heading out to the gym...

As all leg exercises are really rehab for me of sorts - do nothing higher than 315lbs and tons of sets of 5 for skwatz n dedz. Did wide snatch grip dedz just for fun - besides straight leg, sumo, and conventional. As usual once i had the bar i repped on bent rows and shrugs. Then I did pull ups and repped out on the Hammer precher. Feels good.

Thanks man - much appreciated. Truth is, although i do each rep controlled and sometimes painfully slow, but the breaks between sets are the smallest possible - sometimes 30-45 seconds even - so in my my mind it's like one quick workout.....
 
Been looking into Vince Gironda's Steak and Eggs Diet. 2 meals a day - steak and eggs - nothing else; 5 days a week, then a day off, then back on. Basically strictish keto. I scoured the webz for anecdotal info. It seems most people had success. There seems to be 3 basic issues: boredom, expense, sloGo on the throne.

So I made some small tweaks which should help all three. All cuts of beef instead of just steak. Adding in hot mustard and grated horseradish (which will keep things moving and adds flavor and won't mess with the keto).

It'll be a major change for in that I won't be having any protein shakes and I'll be having 2 meals a day instead of 1.

I might just try it for a week or 2 or.....we'll see.

So starting friday I upped the Sup3r Epi from 500mg to 750mg. So far so good. I'm hoping within a day or 2 to go to 1000; if everything holds well. From other people's logs it seems this should give a solid raise in strength and even help a bit with fat burning. Hopefully.

Ok - either the higher dose of sup3r epi kicked in or it's a culminative effect, but today i was stronger on delt presses than I've been in a loooong time. AND its my 2nd day on super strict keto. Either way I'm gonna gamble and up the epi to 1000mg and see what happens.

I've cut down on my protein shakes - couldn't bring myself to cut them out completely, but I'm only doing 2-3 a day. And I've added in another meal. All meals made up of some kind of beef and 2-4 eggs. And I'm taking a refeed once a week for 90 minutes - within reason.

So today was delts and pecs. I walked in to do delt presses and the bar was already loaded with 135lbs, so I warmed up with 135 then tried jumping to 205 - and proceeded to do sets of 15! If things keep on like this I'm hoping to rep out on 225 by cycle end!

I then repped out on Hammer decline/incline and PecDec.
Good day at the gym!

Oh, and I'm not weighing myself for a while!

Day 30 - 251 lbs
Weight not budging right now but I switched my diet up and added another 500mg of epi so things should be changing. Next weigh in won't be till my friday refeed. Yes, I've gone to the darkside - I'm doing refeeds.....trying it on. I'm supposed to take a complete day every 6th day but i just can't do it. I'm starting with a cheat hour once a week.

Today I dosed 500mg epi pwo. Don't know what's supposed to happen but I was aggressive and strong. I did 2x20x540lbs on the Hammer shrug and i coulda easily done more. On the Hammer seated row I repped out on 450lbs...easily. Did some fatty pullups amd bent rows. All in all solid and controlled.

Food is still 3 protein shakes and 2 meals of beef and eggs.

Just a note on upping the epi - extreme agression all day. Tomorrow is arms day - will try to use some of the aggression to do endless sets - hairygrandpa style...;)
 
I probably missed it, but when are you dosing your 1 Andro?

And I'm probably gonna order another bottle of Supe3r Epi, so if I decide to up my dose I can.

1 morning pwo, 1 miday, 1 evening.together with epi.
Each time with healthy fats.

Down about 3lbs since yesterday. Not celebrating yet; gotta see if it sticks or it's just a blip.....either way it's definitely better than an upswing!

Had a BLAST of a workout today! Inspired by hairygrandpa insane arm workout, I pumped and shredded tris and bis. First I did Vince Gs 8x8 for bis then tris; after some warmups you do 8 sets of 8 reps with the same weight and less than 30 seconds between sets. Could have left after that but did 2 more excercises each for 5x15. Now I feel good!

Food is still 3 shakes and 2 meals of beef and eggs. No real hunger or cravings throughout the day. Now that I've decided to do a cheat meal once a week I'm looking forward to it.....

Damn it sounds like epi is way better in terms of aggression and lethargy than 4andro. I'm struggling through workouts right now and feel lethargic af

I had terrible lethargy at first. I adjusted some other stuff which seemed to help (sup3r dhea). But since I've gone to 750mg-1000mg on epi the aggression is dialed up.....no hint of lethargy

and the 4 andro didn't help you with the lethargy? how long have you been lathargic?
How old are you?
It did but not by much and I'm also having trouble sleeping now. Since like the second week of the cycle. I'll be 21 next month and I know that's young but I'm also way far more developed than most guys my age .
At 21 I shouldn't be this tired. My friend is only on 1andro and he's fine, it sucks.
Edit: I've also seen minimal results if any. It has affected the level of my workouts, but I'm still working out quite well. Chest strength has gone up slightly but that's it
 
is he taking 4 andro also?
I have heard that guys under 35 don't respond as well to 4-andro.
 
Day 32 - 245.5 lbs!
Evidently I must have been retaining water or something because my weight has dropped almost 8 lbs since monday!
It's probably a combo of the new diet - less shakes, more solid food but strict keto and tighter cals - and doubling the dose on the sup3r epi.
Either how, starting to allow myself to feel some joy....
Heading out to do some cardio. Later I got 2nd weekly session of delts n pecs. Recovery so far is still good enough to hit them twice a week.

Had a great chest n delt session. Not too heavy high rep. The 500mg epi pre wo seems like the best move since I started this cycle. Just slamming through lifting sessions that if I would do would definitely take me MUCH longer.

Could really do much more but I'm keeping an eye on overtraining especially since I'm working chest and delts 2x a week.

Day 33 - 245 lbs
Dun did cardio. Heading out to the gym for skwaaatz n dedz n stuff.

Today is my first refeed in a long time. Stocked up on all kinds of carbs. But gonna do it Evomuse style. 40 minutes before - 4 defuse. Right before 2 dcp. 2 hours after - big scoop of KetoInduce. Should get me safely through the carb jungle. I have been doing about 10g carbs a day this past week and not more than 20g before that so it will be weird....
