6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

Day 29
Ok - either the higher dose of sup3r epi kicked in or it's a culminative effect, but today i was stronger on delt presses than I've been in a loooong time. AND its my 2nd day on super strict keto. Either way I'm gonna gamble and up the epi to 1000mg and see what happens.

I've cut down on my protein shakes - couldn't bring myself to cut them out completely, but I'm only doing 2-3 a day. And I've added in another meal. All meals made up of some kind of beef and 2-4 eggs. And I'm taking a refeed once a week for 90 minutes - within reason.

So today was delts and pecs. I walked in to do delt presses and the bar was already loaded with 135lbs, so I warmed up with 135 then tried jumping to 205 - and proceeded to do sets of 15! If things keep on like this I'm hoping to rep out on 225 by cycle end!

I then repped out on Hammer decline/incline and PecDec.

Oh, and I'm not weighing myself for a while!

Down a pound at 219 this morning and decided to run my previous HST plan I had so much success with earlier. Wore me out, but I didnt puke like the Captain did lol. Really enjoying my Thermogenesis!!

Hey guys. With a lack of computer access and everything that's going on, I just came by to drop an update. I started "reverse dieting" last Thursday (Dec 1). Today this morning, I woke up at a relatively "full" 200 lbs (with carbs, water and everything) so the diet and reverse diet are overall a success. It will be another Week and a half until I continue cutting down. Keep up the good work guys! I've been following along but keeping up with phone only is tough.

I just wanted to offer some anecdote/advice/insight for those who constantly struggle with weighing themselves all the time and being discouraged. Literally as I took a dump right now (sorry if TMI), I weighed myself again and I am now 197.2 down from 200 (as of about 30-60 mins ago). Obviously my body (or me) is not accustomed to so much food volume (I'm eating 2650-2700 calories right now, 200 under new percieved maintenance). Anyways, don't worry about day to day weigh ins!
 
Today was day 2 of my HST program. Not huge numbers but I wanted to ensure I got all 15 reps in both sets for every lift. Feeling lighter today, but somehow fuller. Make sense?

Weight not budging right now but I switched my diet up and added another 500mg of epi so things should be changing. Next weigh in won't be till my friday refeed. Yes, I've gone to the darkside - I'm doing refeeds.....trying it on. I'm supposed to take a complete day every 6th day but i just can't do it. I'm starting with a cheat hour once a week.

Today I dosed 500mg epi pwo. Don't know what's supposed to happen but I was aggressive and strong. I did 2x20x540lbs on the Hammer shrug and i coulda easily done more. On the Hammer seated row I repped out on 450lbs...easily. Did some fatty pullups amd bent rows. All in all solid and controlled.

Food is still 3 protein shakes and 2 meals of beef and eggs.

Actually got a video taken today of my shrugs....wanted to check how high I'm actually shrugging and squeezing.....might figure out eventually how to post it up...:;)

Tank999 - awesome work man. Glad to see you doing a refeed...I think you will find it doesn't impact you as much as you would think if you do it right Killer strong.

I'm willing to try anything ....but I am gonna be careful....sorta.....no kitkats or peanut m&ms...... Seriously- instead of a refeed day as recommended by Vince, I'm gonna try a refeed meal; just carb up using mostly healthy stuff....hope it works

That would be nice!! But ever since I got the sleeve on the other arm, the town I work for has changed the rules to where anytime we do anything "Official" or in Town Hall, I have to have my arms covered. Bullshyt! They were going to make me wear long sleeves all year but the Chief talked them out if it.. for now. Oh yeah,and thanks

Funny thing is, the day the town manager brought the while covering them up thing, (they may be offensive ) the first call we ran that day was a 92 year old bitter @ss man with tatts all over his forearms. He was attitudy!! I walked over, stuck my hand out to shake his and simply asked " what branch did you serve in?" As suspected, WW2 Navy Veteran. Well what do you know, Im tatted and was in the Navy, guess who the only guy on scene he would talk to was? That's right, this guy.

Day 31 - 248.2 lbs
Down about 3lbs since yesterday. Not celebrating yet; gotta see if it sticks or it's just a blip.....either way it's definitely better than an upswing!

Had a BLAST of a workout today! Inspired by hairygrandpa insane arm workout, I pumped and shredded tris and bis. First I did Vince Gs 8x8 for bis then tris; after some warmups you do 8 sets of 8 reps with the same weight and less than 30 seconds between sets. Could have left after that but did 2 more excercises each for 5x15. Now I feel good!

Hadn't had a pump like this in a while.

So I'm doing 1000mg epi now - 500mg of it pwo. The aggression is INSANE! Really gotta focus on staying in control - everyone is pissing me off.

Food is still 3 shakes and 2 meals of beef and eggs. No real hunger or cravings throughout the day. Now that I've decided to do a cheat meal once a week I'm looking forward to it.....

Btw - anyone have any experience with 1Andro above 330mg a day?
As I said, over 330mg seems to be not useful, as 1-andro needs chemicals from the body to convert to 1-test -and bodies production of said chemicals is limited.
Read it somewhere, could be wrong...

Yeah - I didn't forget; just all these rocket scientists going 440 and more - was wondering what they're thinking. So far all I got was "just sperimenting lucy";)

This is true. However 1dhea it self is anabolic and when those enzymes start to deplete the body produces more. It can take a while but it's does happen

Oh and I thought I should add that we have no idea about how of much of these enzymes we have. It might only handle 100mg it might handle 1g we don't know there is literally 0 data on such subject that im aware of

Evidently I must have been retaining water or something because my weight has dropped almost 8 lbs since monday!
It's probably a combo of the new diet - more food but strict keto and tighter cals - and doubling the dose on the sup3r epi.
Either how, starting to allow myself to feel some joy....
Heading out to do some cardio. Later I got 2nd weekly session of delts n pecs.

Just finished at the gym. Had a great chest n delt session. Not too heavy high rep. The 500mg epi pre wo seems like the best move since I started this cycle. Just slamming through lifting sessions that if I would usually do would definitely take me MUCH longer.

No idea what my weight is, and not checking it until Monday. At this point I dont care about the number. I see AND feel a difference and THAT means more to me at this point. But, HIT4ME called me out on my deadlifts, and Im happy to say he was apparently correct. Although todays HST called for Squats, I upped the weight. I was doing 1 warmup set of 135x15 followed by 225x15x2, but today I upped it and did 275lb squats for 15x2. Well it was actually 275x15. Then 275x13 followed by a set of 2, but essentially 15x2. Dont take that from me. Lol Im feeling pretty good, and the veins in my arm looked twice as big today which made me push even harder.

No idea what my weight is, and not checking it until Monday. At this point I dont care about the number. I see AND feel a difference and THAT means more to me at this point. Seriously, don't you just feel embarrassed that you were doing 225 now? Wtf was that gonna get you?

In all seriousness, that is impressive. Those numbers, IMO, are moving you into legitimate strong status. You can probably hit 350-375 for 1 easily, and if you can get to 200 and do that, we are talking a squat with 2x bodyweight. Not a lot of us can do that.

Not sure what my max is. But in the 15 rep phase of my HST I was doing 2 sets of 15 @ 225, and HIT4ME through the bull shyt flag and said I can do more. So I figured I might as well do the same with squats today as a test. He had a point, not a month or so ago I got a PR with 295 on incline bench, and I was only deadlifting 225? It was a waste of my time. Now I realize that I am only shorting myself.

Now, we have to keep you on the edge of having extreme faith in yourself without letting your ego take over.....but I think you have that under control. You push yourself like that and your weights will climb. You will be deadlifting well over 400 sooner than you think, I guarantee it!
