Day 3 week 2 another day another pump arms was the workout and it was killer 6 pumps of dermacrine 1 cap of m1a pwo warmed up then got rollin the workout was
4 sets 6- 8reps 20 seconds rest between sets Preacher curl - v bar press down
Hammer curl- rope press down
Ez bar curl- close grip bench press
Reverse grip curl- reverse grip bench press
Arms wer on fire best arm pump i had in a while love these morning workouts more updates on the way

Shrugs 275 lbs 8 reps
Lat raise 35 lbs 6 reps
Trap bar shrug 225 lbs 8 reps
Rear delt fly 25 lbs 6 reps
My shoulders wer done it was a great pump
Legs 3 rounds 20 seconds rest between sets
Squat 225 5 reps
Stiff deads 225 5 reps
Trap bar squat 225 5 reps
3point calve raise 135lbs 5 reps each
Legs wer pumped and sore!!! Love that on feeling no sides to report sleep has been excellent even with 2 young sons no change in weight more updates to come

Upper body was full and pumped Invalid Link Removed so far loving this cycle arms/legs tomorrow should be a fun 1 more updates to come

Chest super sets 20 seconds rest between sets- incline reverse grip db press-cable cross over 4 sets 7-15 reps
Flat bench press-incline fly 4 sets 7-15 reps
Decline pushup-low pully fly 3 sets 8 reps
Chest was on a crazy pump felt good and strong forgot to mention im taking 3 caps per day of m1a spaced through the day started yesterday more updates to come

Pump was good i just wasnt fully committed hope tomorrow's workout is better more updates to come

Lifes good just a few issues with my new nephew hes 2 months old and hes not been to good he has major stomach issues i feel real bad for my brother and my sister in law they swithched up his milk 5 times already and waiting to see a specialist he crys all day and all night its been rough for them and my family everone is pitching in time and money to help them out i ask u and everyone else to please pray for him and his parents

Update for y'all week 4 day 5 been hittin it hard everyday this is the last week at 3 caps m1a per day then for the next 2 weeks i will be dosing 4 caps to finish up one problem tho me thinks this stuff is bunk the good thing is i paid for 1 bottle and got sent 2 with no additional cost but im not seeing any different signs of anything for being on m1a. My previous runs of m1a wer awesome saw quick and major results in power strength and size but of course that was years ago from great companies leagal gears methyl 1 alpha and c.e.l. alpha one my 2 faves of the time. Dont get me wrong im seeing results from the dermacrine and calorie uptake just not the same as i expected with taking m1a i will finish this run and update everyday the last 2 weeks im waiting my bloods to get back to see if there was any effect thus far im up another 2 lbs this week been gaining 2lbs each week steady but i feel i should be gaining more from my cals with m1a if it was legit i rember my 1st run of m1a when i was 22 years old i didnt know what i had lol but gained 22 lbs in 2 weeks i know it wasnt solid but it pushed a tall skinny fat kid to a new level of size and strength and i never looked back hope the last 2 weeks of this does something similar to that more updates to come

I hate when people get sent bunk gear.Well this log is an epic fail lol my blood work came back and my test scores wer exactly the same as a few months back mid 600 so im guessing this stuff is bunk i do have enough left to go 2 weeks at 100 mgs gonna give it a shot 2nd ive been sick as a dog was in bed all day and night for Christmas eve finally feeling better today gonna resume training somtime the weekend with this stuff at 100mgs i will keep intouch

It may comfort you to know, I'm on a S-drol cycle with a twist.
A week ago I noticed that I'm getting bloated, with moon face and all. Since S-drol should be dry, I guess I got D-bol instead of S-drol.
Since strength is up, at least it isn't estrogen they sold me, LOL.
Well, sh1t happens.
