Thanks man glad you could make it. my wife used to make fun of my ballerina legs when I was recovering from my injuries, which was great motivation to blast them and try to make them one of my strong points. Getting ready for Chest/shoulders/calves today, had 4 pieces of Ezekiel bread with 2 eggs each sandwich and some canadian bacon with some laughing cow cheese and Frank's hot sauce and a lil sugar free ketchup, along with another 4 eggs with a sprinkle of himalayan salt and peppercorns. Got to do some meal prep today for work this week and start looking at making up a run not sure on what i'll go with yet, I've got alot to choose from. All OL andro's, lot's of evomuse products for cutting but also have a bunch of OL cutting products here and also on the way from my last order. Maybe a combo of sarms and ph's?? Looking for an very aggressive stack/run and i have all serms and pct product required only thing i would add in the future is pick up some OL king's blood.

I'm thinking that it would be highly Anabolic with fairly low androgenic sides possibly, although 1 & 2 are fairly high dosed. Both of the hormones that 1 & 2 convert to are considered more anabolic than test and only mildly androgenic.

I'm sure I'll come up with other ideas but this was the first that popped into my head and was interesting. Plus you're the only one I know with a stash big enough to attempt a monster dosed cycle like this;).

I haven't used Mast or read up on it much so I can't say. For me Sup3r DHEA noticeably boosted libido like crazy immediately then leveled off after a 10 days to a less heightened level but still had ability to perform at any moment. The Osthole in it is like Cialis. Turns the ol tool into a diamond cutter;).

Sounds good lol diamond cutters up here are referred to a chicks hard nipples in the winter. Yah masteron is one of my favs but have like 6 bottles of super dhea so I'll give it a shot 2 pumps a day if I'm not mistaken. I was thinking of running super 11 at the end of cycle leading into pct what's your thoughts on that? Thanks a lot for your input and knowledge bud I appreciate the feedback.

I think I'd save it for a massive cut cycle when you near competition. If this run is strictly for size I wouldn't use it as it's not highly Anabolic. Are you gonna cycle more than once before competition?

Makes sense I figured i might throw it in to get some water out and carry on to my next run since it's not that suppressive from what I know. yah I'm going to do another run afterwards. Next run will be a cutting run. To see any weak point I need to address before the comp. then a comp run with a mixture of size and then cut to tapper off near the comp.
 
So I ended up taking 3 days off the gym as i had a grueling work week. Hit up back and traps today with 30 min on the bike. Figured i`d weigh myself 221 today so i`ve gained a lil weight. The pump was ridiculous today especially after the bike my legs were cramping up they were so pumped.
 
Off to train legs.....my favorite. Had the past 4 days to relax on my diet and reset. Focus on new goals and plan stuff out.

Just waiting on my OL order to arrive then ill probably be starting a run. Still not sure on what yet but have a good idea.

Nice I hit.legs today too. Actually was able to move a little more weight without discomfort too!

Calves are looking good!
I have pounded mine since I can remember. They are stronger than sh it just slow to grow.

Thanks man, yah i did that for a long time but only recently found out what seems to work. Sets of 50, pause reps, extreme negatives, ad every other seat i change foot position these are things i do now instead of going for heavy weight which seemed to do nothing and the only thing i got from it was a lil strength and the feeling they will never grow. One thing i noticed made a big difference was on standing calf raises i would try different hip angles ie more forward or backwards then i found the sweet spot. You can test this out on a flight of stairs and a handrail. Hold the hand rail so you straight up and down do a few reps then without changing anything move just your hips forward and do a few reps youll notice it right away. Also i've started to do toe ups in between sets which is bringing up the front. But ill usually train them everyday aside from legs. Walking on a treadmill on an incline will help....

Nothing on weight change yet but my appearance is changing alot more prominent veins. Been a crazy past couple weeks furnace broke down with perfect timing -38C at nights but is warming up now imagine that just in time for the new furnace and central a/c is being installed. Been in and out of the hospital as my wife just gave birth to our lil girl also. My weight is around 218 give or take a couple but ive lost a few pounds probably water since i started this stack. I'm not going to be extremely strict on my diet..... at least for December too much good food to eat. Calf development has really taken off since trying new variations of reps. It's maybe my mind but i've had steady gains since adding Origin it's really noticeable when you look a the difference of the two pics of my calves when there's only a few weeks between them. Diet has remained the same throughout.

Yesterday was a wicked chest/shoulder/calves workout. So i've been doing some research on ArA, have decided to pick up 8 bottles from SNS, in order to fully try it out. Today will be arms and calves"yes again i hit them almost every work out even if it's just a few sets to get some blood in there.
 
Damn it's been awhile but ive been so busy with work and stuff. So i've added X-Gels to my daily supps and 4-6 grams of GMS , yesterday was 1000mg ArA and legs were punished but still wasn't that sore. So today im trying out 1250mg for a week and go from there. Current went is 213 so i've dropped a bit of weight from X-mas. I miss bulking so i might change my diet as id like to bulk a bit before summer and do a cut with Super-shred/Forslean/Bloodshed/Eviscerate BFF. That should do something. Curious on what everyones thoughts of taking NPP to combat ArA joint pain when ArA dosages are high. Jebrook xtyler smith_69

Not a fan of adding another AAS merely to fight a side effect from a supplement LOL
I like Krill Oil for that purpose.

I had to stop using x-gels around the 35th-40th workout because of elbow pain. Side note, though, is that I already had issues with that elbow. I enjoyed them when I used them. I think I would try a good joint supplement before AAS to try to combat any problems.

You can as long as you put some hours between each. Like ArA in the morning and fish oil in the evening, vise versa.

I have supplements already for joints i just want to cut down on pills in a day. Figured the extra water retention would compensate any joint issues if they happen. So i'd be getting the AAS and joint help in one if you know what i mean.

Off to hit up back and calves, had a late night cardio/abs/traps workout yesterday. Sweated like a pig. I'm still around the same weight as before 215 or so. Relaxing the rest of the day watching old spaghetti westerns.
