Split Squats - 1-2 Warm-Up Sets + 2 Sets x 15 Reps
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts - 1 Set x 15 Reps
Incline Bench Press - 1 Set x 15 Reps
Dips - 2 Sets x 15 Reps
Wide-Grip Chin-Ups - 2 Sets x 15 Reps
Pendlay Rows - 2 Sets x 15 Reps
Military Press - 1 Set x 15 Reps
Lateral Raises - 2 Sets x 15 Reps
DB Hammer Curls - 2 Sets x 15 Reps
Skull Crushers - 2 Sets x 15 Reps
1-Leg Calf Raises - 2 Sets x 15 Reps
Weighted Decline Sit-Ups - 2 Sets x 15 Reps

Adding in some e bike and burpees as a warm up
 
Im glad your here :) I was going to ask you for your advice on a recomp diet . I just bought 10lbs boneless chicken a few pounds broccoli and 10 lbs brown rice.

Recomp diet is really just the same diet you would use to cut, just bump the macros/total cals up slightly. You can go slow and keep bumping every 2 weeks or so until you're gaining weight too fast

Personally I would bump carbs and fats first, as protein should have been high enough already during a cut

I'll have to post a copy of my diet because you know experience as I can get especially when I get in a slump or depression

That is really up to you but be consistant. No more than 3 min. On the rounds I usually rest 1 min. on the 1x15, 1-1.5 min. on the 2X10. and 2 min. on the 3x5.
If you are wanting to burn more calories I would try to rest no longer than 1 Min. between sets.( gets kind of tough on the 3x5's)
Make sure you try to keep your rest the same on each round or it will jack up your log progressions.

After all you guys logging and raving about this hst, I'm almost certainly gonna finally break from phat and give this a try. Prob run one more phat cycle during my cycle (since I'm comfortable and confident in it).

Definitely gonna be hitting you all up for your thoughts, advise, and such to help me get moving! I'm super excited ha. New programs and supps are like new drugs for me

So you liking phat? There is a guy at the gym that has been doing it for as long as I can remember and loves it. Don't know much about it, isn't it kind of a mix of heavy / hypertrophic ? I think he says he works out 5 days a week.
Give me a condenced version. I'm kind of a supp and workout geek as well.
 
I'm really enjoying HST. Almost done with the 10 rep phase (95% next workout) and starting to see some results. I'll probably run this for the next few months, anyway. Maybe even through the Andro cycle I'm planning starting in January.

Planning on 8 weeks OL UK stack, for the most part. Sup3r 1, Sup3r Epi and Sup3r DHEA. Will be my first cycle and really looking forward to it. I'm about halfway thru a natty stack right now, Test1fy, Tr1umph and X-Gels. Diggin the X-Gels

8 week HST will be perfect.
What HST format you using?
X-gels are that acid (can't pronounce it) correct? Does it effect your joints.
Doesn't cause inflammation?

Using the same format as Brandinooooo (the one you sent me). Yep, ArA something or other. I started out taking 4 (1,000 mg) pre workout, then upped it to 6 (1,500 mg). Occasionally I'll get some stiffness in my back, but other than that there hasn't been any issues. Pump is insane

I think It would be a good idea to do the same type of training to see how well the andros stack works.

I looked at ARA a little while back. Do you have to take it on an empty stomach?
 
My workout schedule is kind of all over the place due to my work schedule. About half the time I take it on an empty stomach along with the Triumph. I've never had any issues, but I can also take 150 of Forskolin with no issues, so I might just have an iron stomach. Either way, I like it and will probably run it again at some point

Why I was asking is I always eat a cup of oatmeal about 1hr before I workout and I think I read that will decrease its effectiveness?
 
I believe they recommend an empty stomach, but when I workout in the early evenings it's probably 1 1/2 hours after eating and I've never really noticed any difference.
 
Cool might have to try it. Herd the pump is pretty good.

If you supposed to take ArA fasted. So what you can do is a bcaa drink pre and an eaa drink during and you would be covered
 
But I just woke up now I'm swole up.

At the gym working out the demons. And by demons I mean the fats and the muscles.
