Do NOT start Msten at 30. Not while on Winny certainly. It is some toxic ****, my piss was darker on 30 Sten than 15mg of M1T with everything else being similar.

Furthermore, 20mg is mild and delicious, sick recovery increase, but when I went to 30 my BP went absolutely thru the roof. I felt like death, massive lethargy and pulsing migraines (to say nothing of waking up screaming with Charlie horses or calf cramps at night despite 20g taurine a day).

If you wanna go up later, fine, but I advise starting at 20 for sure.

Thanks Hyde ! Was honestly waiting to see what you had to say as well, will start at 20. Still got enough tudca liv 52 and cycle assist for another cycle so I'll be making sure to keep dosing religiously
 
Had a fuccing amazing arm workout this morning , back at it for shoulders . round 2 today. After this I'm gunna start doing research on how to Vacuum just as a fun project I'll be tryna get good at within the next couple months . Any tips or articles or whatever is appreciated as you fellas know

Not my day today at all fellas. Sh1tty ass workout. Alarm went off 4:00 am and I felt like I had gotten hit by a bus, the last few days caught up to me and just everything felt beat down. Literally had to drag myself out of bed at 4:45 (and I work early today so the extra 45 minutes cut my available workout time down to about 45 minutes) took my preworkout as soon as I got downstairs with my winny and msten hoping those would do the trick got in the gym and nothing, even worse I couldn't stand the sight of myself in the mirror lol the shirt made my arms look small I just looked depleted . Went to squat and even struggled with my warmup sets at that point I said fucc it I'm gunna do some different stuff but all light as hell. So I hit 3 sets of 5 with 225 for squats
3 sets of 6 with 135 for front squats (fuccing hate these)
Straight leg deads 185 3 sets of 8
And then threw the BFR bands on and supersetted leg curls with extensions for 3 sets of 12 each but 5-8 second reps very very slow
6 minutes on the stair master (this was a win I only planned 5 lol)
Honestly just happy I still hit it and used the fact that I was gunna have to use light ass weight to step out of my normal workout and hit some front squats (which I fuccing hate) and some straight leg deads which I never do. Going to rest tomorrow and back at it again on Sunday. Probably going to up the carbs 50-100 these next 2-3 days just because my body clearly needs some fixing lol depending on how that goes I'll probably keep that in there to add some cals for the final leg of the cycle
 
Sometimes you just have shyt days. What really sucks is when you have them consecutively. Good that you still got some solid time in

Yeah man , luckily i think this is the only "sh1t" day I've had in the gym this whole cycle which is awesome. And even then I tried using it to push me to do some stuff I haven't done that I should .

Best nude you'll get from me year round Invalid Link Removed not the best quality pic but I realized I've never shown the legs (mostly cuz it's nothing to be proud of) I can definitely see the improvement I've made not just this cycle but this entire year I think I'm headed in the right direction but would like some tough feedback what needs to be worked the most , obviously in my opinion it's waist and shoulder size .

But seriously you are killing it this cycle. Love that you made something out of a crap day too! I've had a string of those during PCT and it's not easy to push through. Nice work homie!

Yeah that's what Ima go. And start doing different variations not just db but cable and machine too. Probably start adding them in to chest and back day as well .

Just fine tuning here have a good feeling if I stay as consistent with diet and training I could use the msten and winny to help me hit 220 before the cycle ends . That would be the titz lol and if I stay under 15% which could be harder said then done as I'm at 14% right now I'll be one happy fuccer . I probably wouldn't have to cut too deep and just under 10lbs on my time off
 
If you can stay in striking distance of your end goal while bulking at the same time that would be golden. It looks like you could do it

Also add in turning your wrist over like you are pouring a pitcher. It adds even more stress to the movement

I was always taught that as well many years back, but I read something very compelling recently that it actually greatly increases joint stress as well - basically you're still gonna get gains either way so the rotation isn't worth it on that exercise. Going higher than shoulder level also hikes up joint stress quickly.

I'm not being a douche, just thought I'd offer a different point of view, as I was always told the same but never really thought if there was a reason not to. Kind of how flaring your elbows at the bottom on bench will make you feel it more in your pecs on bench, but it destroys your shoulders and nobody benching 500+ does that. And most 500+ benchers still manage to have decent pecs.
 
What kind of stress does doing the turn at the top do? I did not know that and felt a better contraction when I do the wrist turn at the top. I always want to learn more

Something to the effect of extraneous impingement as I recall. I wish I could remember where I read it, but much more relevant was the realization that many people DON'T in fact do the twist the way we have, and still get jacked.

Hell of a workout today huge PR 315x8 I've been chasing this all cycle and it was too easy today first 7 perfect smooth like butter the last one struggled just the slightest amount but still probably coulda gone for one maaaaybe 2 more. went under 315 again and just said nope nope nope on the way up and racked it lol

Just do what you can now while you are young to keep them healthy. I didn't know enough and didn't do enough when I was younger. Piss-poor warm-ups and shyt. Now I have to go through this long-@ss process before I can train each day otherwise my body tells me to go ef myself

Can't say enough how much I agree with this - I used to always get tweaks and little injuries or have terrible sessions because I wouldn't take the time to get warm, activate the muscles I was going to be using, get mobile enough to get in position and then practice the movement before I do real sets. Now I religiously take 10-15 minutes to prepare my body at the start of every session and hardly ever get tweaks, and have a lot less crap sessions.

I generally drag an empty (100lb) sled backwards w my hip circle on for maybe 5 min, or hit the stationary bike for 6-8 min. Then for upper do a few 20 rep sets of rear delts, biceps, and maybe triceps and lower I do a coupe sets of bodyweight split squats while bracing and maybe a couple quick stretches once I'm already warm, then I always start w the empty bar (except deadlift). This helped me so much.
