Tank Running OL/OL UK Andros and Stuff (unsponsored)

So total food today:
8 protein shakes
3 tsp coconut oil
3 eggs
Handful of seeds in the eggs
Some greens
Easily under 1900 calories and 30g of carbs

I hope to slowly cut down on the protein shakes and add some real food in.

I had to slow down on the protein shakes as my lab work showed my kidneys were taking a beating from it. My go-to when I got the munchies or sweet tooth (in between meals) was a shake. Now I chew on a nut-bar that has a better balance of carbs/fat/protein. I miss how lean I got on just the protein shakes. :(

Remember guys - no other food throughout the day till dinner, so the shakes arent really that much. I do drink each one with about 26oz of water also so I'm basically p'ing like an old dude!

I hear ya. I'm prone to kidney stones. I hammer water all day. I piss about every 20 min at work. cant even set through a whole meeting with out slipping out. they have all seen the pain so they understand. haven't had one in 2 years. KNOCK ON WOOD!. drink about 2 gallon of water a day if not more.
 
Day 2 - 261 lbs
Happily got rid of some bloat. Heading out for some cardio. Later on today it's back, traps, and bis - which I love since I can still pull some decent weight. Cheers

Yea we started to get carried away with the meetings here. one morning I took out all the chairs out of the conference room and that meeting went really fast. it really cuts done on how someones niece found a snake in the sand box and that turns into 30 min. of reminiscing. they actually let me do it and it did help with paying attention to our agenda.
 
Between the epi and the dhea the lethargy should be under control. I think I just have to wean myself off my stims - got too used to always having them.

Let me know how that goes. I have never been able to wind myself off PWO. sometimes I take some stim free if I hit the gym late but always have to have a Pre. tried to workout in a Hotel gym a couple of Saturdays back when I was in Houston and it lasted like 20 min. and said F" it.

Between my diet and my workouts my whole life is basically mind over matter;) I do what I gotta do....
 
Solid back and some bis. For some reason the gym was overflowing today, but I manged to get my back work in before I had to ask a spandex dude playing with his phone how many sets he had left...

I think the placebo effect kicked in because I upped the sets and reps and just went for it.
My heavy sets were:
Hammer shrugs: 450 x15
Hammer rows: 450 x15
BB bent rows: 315x20
Fat man pull ups: 5x5 (I pull as high as I can on each one from rock bottom, then hold 5-10 seconds on top, then do a slooooow negative - painful and annoying but it works for me)

Then I grabbed any bb that wasn't being used and pumped out some sets of curlz. Used the machines that were momentarily available for curlz, precherz, forearms.

I feel gooood. Cheers

They installed a floor for olympic lifting so the geniuses decided that it's the perfect place to stretch. So no lifting allowed because you might interfere with someone stretching! And this used to be the MOST hc gym!

315 bb rows. Holy crap. My working weight is like 185. I can do 225 but it's ugly. Geeze dude. Your already beastin it. Maybe you should just send all your goodies over here and let me use them;)
 
I did that with virtus , still taste it to this day .

I've done it with invictus, androcrine, and dermastrength. I really need to start washing my hands. Lol

Evidently I'm still losing bloat.....but here's hoping that some of it is fat.

Had a very satisfying deltazoid workout.
BB Press: 45x10. 65x10. 95x10. 135x10
In honor of bighulksmash some 10x10
165x10x10 wirh 30-50 seconds between sets. 135x30

Hammer Iso Press: 90x10. 180x10. 280x10. 230- 5x10. 180x35

Did some side and rear raises and DONE.

Food for today is 6-8 protein shakes, 2tbsp coconut oil, grilled brisket and greens.

I upped the sup3r dhea a little to combat the lethargy. Just a tad. I'll see how it goes. Cheers

Thanks - the wierd thing is that I can't do any serious bentching because of my shoulder rehabbing, but it mostly doesn't mess with my regular delt presses...

I figured I'll see how this whole combo goes for the first 4 weeks and then might raise it - if this freakin lethargy gets under control...

That is good. I cant do any kind of press. well there is a weird way I use the Hammer strength behind the neck press that I can get about 3/4 range of motion on. I still can't do a Push up without Pain. I have figured out enough over the last 4 months to get me by to maintain on chest and shoulders. I cant even do a curl unless I bend at the waist about 25 degrees. I'm tired of it but it is getting better. back to about 40-50%. If i had to guess.

I'm sure you tried every which way,but for a while the safest way for me to press was sitting backwards facing the backrest on the Hammer press.

Did my cardio this morning. Heading out now to the gym. Still trying to figure out how to deal with the lethargy.......either I can do something about it or if this is what it'll be like the whole cycle, then I'll just come to terms with it. Other than that - feeling good and 13 lbs less bloated than Monday!

Currently running Sup3r-1 right now and so is a buddy of mine. His lethargy is killing him whereas i just upped my dosing to 440mg. Lethargt is still there but not that bad... Using oral DHEA ~200-300mg is my sweet spot

You should switch to transdermal. Is works way better than oral.
 
I've been doing td sup3r dhea; now I just to find the dosage that will hopefully combat the lethargy... Wondering how much is too much.....

Thanks man! I keep telling myself that i cant let these wonderful supps go to waste - i gotta put in the work.....

Thats funny it does make a difference. I always seem to hit it harder when I'm on supps. That is why I like natty. I can take them all the time until I run out of money!

I think I should be done with the bloat by now and heading into real fat loss. Certainly hope so.

A lot of eating going on in my house over the long weekend, so I prepared 3 days meals last night to avoid any issues. Got grilled super spicy beef, chicken legs, and breastesiz. Add in some greens and I'm happy.

I only do cardio saturday n sunday and focus more on real food instead of shakes, so I'll see what the scale says monday. Cheers

So I had a decent workout anyhow, while just focusing on rehabbing my upper legs.
I worked up to 285 lbs on squats and pumped out 20 reps. Then I did straight leg and conventional dedz at 285 lbs for 10 reps each. I usually throw in a set of sumo dedz, but I didn't want to push it.
I didn't feel done yet so I hit the Hammer precherz. Worked up and down - max at 120 lbs for 10. Ended with 3x5 fatty pull ups and I was done. Next workout - monday; chesticles. Can't wait. Cheers.
