So total food today:
8 protein shakes
3 tsp coconut oil
3 eggs
Handful of seeds in the eggs
Some greens
Easily under 1900 calories and 30g of carbs
I hope to slowly cut down on the protein shakes and add some real food in.
I had to slow down on the protein shakes as my lab work showed my kidneys were taking a beating from it. My go-to when I got the munchies or sweet tooth (in between meals) was a shake. Now I chew on a nut-bar that has a better balance of carbs/fat/protein. I miss how lean I got on just the protein shakes.
