Lift day Monday. Usually I hate Mondays. But today I was determined to get things back on track. Knocked back the RagNOrok and Cordygen and got to work about an hour later. Mentally strong today. Still had to take more breaks just shaking out the muscles and getting ready to push myself. Every move still feeling weaker than on cycle. Sciatica still nagging a bit, although only mild so far. Either I'm really in a long funk, or it turns out that PH really work.
Finished in 1:02. About 10 minutes off my PR pace. Improving over last week, anyway... May be a while till I get back to 52 min, but that's OK. Still gonna kick butt and keep improving day over day for now! Still finishing feeling like I could do more cardio wise, but the muscles just won't have it. Cordy's doing its thing...
OK. Lift day Wednesday. Felt really pumped and in the zone pre workout.
But as soon as I picked up the weights, it was clear I was still going to struggle.
Oh well, screw that. Still going to get it done!
Finished round 1, noticed I was on a solid pace... Round 2, kept pace. Round 3 and 4 required slightly longer breaks in between to shake the fire out of my muscles. Bonus round knocked out at a pretty good pace and felt stronger on my drop set curls. 59 flat. 3 min off Monday. I'll take it!
Missing my PH assistance with strength, but Cordygen continues to kill it in the endurance department!

Weak as ever. Feeling the burn from the first move to the last, and I'm just treading water at the same weights and reps. Taking breaks to shake everything out and psych up to MEET my normal. Finished in 1:05
Still not spent cardiovascular wise. But the muscles are shot.
Loving the Cordygen endurance but I really miss strength... Such a grind right now.
We all have those days, what matters is you still finished !
Tuesday. Lift day?!?
Took yesterday off to rent a boat and cruise around the islands all day. Shifting my workouts accordingly.
Today felt.... AWESOME!
A little off just due to being in a different place with different equipment. Using my wife's smaller selecttechs since mine were broken and hers are easier to transport. Bands were in a different spot in the door, so it took some adjustments to get the tension dialed in.
Either way, I got in and got it done. Using my normal weights/reps and kept the pace up as well. Absolutely soaked after, so I'm pretty sure I pushed myself hard enough.
Most importantly, I FELT strong again. No idea if it just took me a couple weeks to adjust to PCT or if it's the shift from 20mg of Nolva down to 10mg starting last Sat. Hadn't seen anyone complain about that, but I guess it's possible...
As for the Cordygen... I feel like a broken record here, but I just keep humming along on this stuff. Love the boost in endurance, giving me a little extra every day to put into my workout. Clearly earned staple status for me!

SFreed I thought about you today man!! I got off from the fire department and went straight to the woods. Around noon I heard some rustling and looked back and here comes this MASSIVE 8 pointer. Outside the ears and probably pushing 180lbs. Swelled up looking nasty! Just wouldnt get in the right spot. I grunted at him a few times, all he would do is look over his shoulder. I was in San Diego last month. Did some surfing, hiking and spoiled my grand daughter. I tried to get you one of them mexican Luca Libre wrestler masks in Old Towne, but they didn't have any to fit your melon. But, I've never been in your neck of the woods, so that would qualify as something I've never seen. I'll bring you a fak load of stickers

Today I was not feeling it at all. From the first move, I was spent, breathing heavy, and already sweating! I did push to match my numbers and got it all done. Took a lot of breaks, though. 1:05 today, up 8.5 mins from Monday.
Oh well, got it done. And more importantly, I didn't let myself backslide on a weak day!

OK. Took a long time, but I feel like I'm finally getting back into the groove since starting PCT. Felt 90% today. Strength was up, endurance was solid, mentally I was just short of all in.
Hit my numbers and got it done in 58 minutes today.
Looks like the timing for my next cycle is going to be perfect. Should have everything here by mid week next week.
Thankful that I had the Cordygen during PCT. Not sure how I'd have made it through without it!
Thanks to all you gentlemen! I sincerely appreciate your support, guys. Even on a down day, it's you freaks in the back of my mind that remind me I can't skip or half ass it.
Truth be told, you don't want these noodz. I'm still clawing back from gaining 9.2lb on vacation! That's WITH working out all but 3 days over the 2 weeks. I didn't limit myself on ANY foods, though. Just goes to show you how much diet is a factor. Will save the noodz for once I start the trest. Apparently that's the best time to take them.

Haha! Hey, I was 100% prepared for the ramifications. I'm a work hard / play hard kinda guy. Already killing it, dropped about 3lb in first week back. Also feel like my arms are getting bigger. Or at least more solid. Strength is definitely up. Either way, I'm good. This next cycle is going to supercharge things. By February, the noodz will look like a totally different dude.
