Gettin' cut up and lasting longer with MST Cordygen-NaNO2 Elite!

Lift day Monday. Usually I hate Mondays. But today I was determined to get things back on track. Knocked back the RagNOrok and Cordygen and got to work about an hour later. Mentally strong today. Still had to take more breaks just shaking out the muscles and getting ready to push myself. Every move still feeling weaker than on cycle. Sciatica still nagging a bit, although only mild so far. Either I'm really in a long funk, or it turns out that PH really work. ;)

Finished in 1:02. About 10 minutes off my PR pace. Improving over last week, anyway... May be a while till I get back to 52 min, but that's OK. Still gonna kick butt and keep improving day over day for now! Still finishing feeling like I could do more cardio wise, but the muscles just won't have it. Cordy's doing its thing...

Tuesday. Lift day?!?

Took yesterday off to rent a boat and cruise around the islands all day. Shifting my workouts accordingly.

Today felt.... AWESOME!

A little off just due to being in a different place with different equipment. Using my wife's smaller selecttechs since mine were broken and hers are easier to transport. Bands were in a different spot in the door, so it took some adjustments to get the tension dialed in.

Either way, I got in and got it done. Using my normal weights/reps and kept the pace up as well. Absolutely soaked after, so I'm pretty sure I pushed myself hard enough.

Most importantly, I FELT strong again. No idea if it just took me a couple weeks to adjust to PCT or if it's the shift from 20mg of Nolva down to 10mg starting last Sat. Hadn't seen anyone complain about that, but I guess it's possible...

As for the Cordygen... I feel like a broken record here, but I just keep humming along on this stuff. Love the boost in endurance, giving me a little extra every day to put into my workout. Clearly earned staple status for me!

Outside the ears and probably pushing 180lbs. Swelled up looking nasty! Just wouldnt get in the right spot. I grunted at him a few times, all he would do is look over his shoulder. I will drop him bro!!

I was in San Diego last month. Did some surfing, hiking and spoiled my grand daughter. I tried to get you one of them mexican Luca Libre wrestler masks in Old Towne, but they didn't have any to fit your melon. But, I've never been in your neck of the woods, so that would qualify as something I've never seen. I'll bring you a fak load of stickers

Been a few days since I updated. Vacation is keeping me busy! Lifted Saturday and today. Took Sunday off.

Saturday was absolutely BRUTAL. From the first move, I was winded. Only got worse as it wore on. I also felt pretty weak. Maybe just because I was so winded. Struggled to match my normal numbers. Realized halfway through that I forgot to take my Cordygen! Took it immediately, but it was too late to have any effect during the workout. Pushed to the end, but took me 1:24:30 to finish my normal. As a refresher, I was finishing in the low 50's on Epidrone...

Today was solid! Felt pretty strong out of the gate. And definitely recovered faster in between moves. 1:08 today, which has been about my normal here in PCT. Most importantly, I felt strong and was able to give my normal 110% again.

Didn't intend to put Cordygen to the test like that. But WOW! What a difference this magical fungus makes. :)
 
Wednesday lift day! Took yesterday off because I'm a fat slob and vacation got in the way. :)

Today was amazeballs. Finally felt strong again. Killed my normal workout in 1:04:30 and had some extra gas in the tank, although my muscles were shot. Decided to dial up to my wife's dumbbell max of 52.5 and knock out some db bench presses. Never do them, but figured why not work on the glamour muscles since I'm at the beach, after all! Knocked out 14. Not too horrible considering I was wasted and haven't done that move in a decade.

I cannot wait to pair Cordygen with my next PH cycle. This stuff is giving me insane endurance, now all I need is the insane strength and I'll be hitting PRs again!
 
I was traveling back home Friday, so lift day moved to Sat. And then back at it, lifting today (Monday).

Saturday, I felt crazy good! Strength was back to 90% and endurance as usual was through the roof. Good combo! Pounded out my max numbers and clocked in at 56:30. Yep. 8 minutes faster than last Weds, same weights and reps. And I felt great!

Today was a little meh. Clocked in at the exact same 56:30. But I felt weak and just not mentally prepared. Pushed myself to hit my numbers. But in the 4th (final) round, I lost a rep on the last few moves. Just nothing left and the muscles gave out.

By the way, I grabbed a bunch of the old Cordygen powder the other day. The newer powder is 25% stronger, but the old stuff is clearance priced. Killer deal! Using 1.25 scoops isn't that big of an inconvenience. Stock up, gentlemen! Don't forget the 50% coupon ("RJA") in my sig, either, mobile users!
 
Yesterday was the first cardio back from vacation. I skipped a few cardio days there, so it was a little tough to get back into the rhythm. Felt a little spent, but I did manage to finish my typical workout including the extra 10 minute trainer.

Today I was not feeling it at all. From the first move, I was spent, breathing heavy, and already sweating! I did push to match my numbers and got it all done. Took a lot of breaks, though. 1:05 today, up 8.5 mins from Monday.

Oh well, got it done. And more importantly, I didn't let myself backslide on a weak day!

Today is my last update on this log. Lift day today. And what a great lift to end on! Strength was 95% and endurance was through the friggen roof!

Killed it, added a rep here and there. Felt almost as good as I did on cycle! 57 mins flat today.

Prior to this log, I had only used cordygen powder samples. I enjoyed it, but never used it long term. I can honestly say that Cordygen-NanO2 has become a staple for me moving forward. Whether I go with the elite caps in this log, or the powder, I will continue using daily. Coming into this log, I had seen serious endurance gains on Epidrone and was just starting PCT. Cordygen effectively filled in the performance gap left by epicat.

Truth be told, you don't want these noodz. I'm still clawing back from gaining 9.2lb on vacation! That's WITH working out all but 3 days over the 2 weeks. I didn't limit myself on ANY foods, though. Just goes to show you how much diet is a factor. Will save the noodz for once I start the trest. Apparently that's the best time to take them.

Haha! Hey, I was 100% prepared for the ramifications. I'm a work hard / play hard kinda guy. Already killing it, dropped about 3lb in first week back. Also feel like my arms are getting bigger. Or at least more solid. Strength is definitely up. Either way, I'm good. This next cycle is going to supercharge things. By February, the noodz will look like a totally different dude.

I'm like you. No need to rush things. If the diet is interrupted by a party, so be it -if the workout suffers because you feel ****ty, so be it.
