Gettin' cut up and lasting longer with MST Cordygen-NaNO2 Elite!

Serious question. Do vendors / Reps get upset when their products log gets derailed? Not that I'll stop, but at least I'll be aware of it.

No cordy yet. But I did dose 3 Shred 2x today. Feeling good again, thank God! Looking for a nice drop this week now that my main man Shred is back in the mix.

I forgot to apply Supernova again til right before I started cardio today. So might as well keep with my extended 45min cardio plan from last week.

Honestly, it just felt great to feel "normal" again.

Been taking 3 Shred 2x/day since Thursday. Still feeling good there. It does tend to make me feel a tick weaker on strength days, but overall my performance is still up, so I'm good with that in return for the fat loss benefits!

But now on to the star of this show...

Dropped 2 Cordygen-NanO2 Elite along with my RagNOrok and BronkAid an hour before workout.

Endurance boost is very noticeable. Decided to do my 45 minute extended HIIT workout the same as I have been doing for about a week now. Guess that means it's no longer "extended," bug just plain normal now. I've had the gas in the tank to get it done, but have always felt seriously wasted after. Today? Not only was it noticeably easier near the finish, but I had some left in the tank. Crazy!

I remember a similar feeling with Cordygen-NanO2 powder... But taking this in pill form was nice because it meant less liquid sloshing around in my gut. It seems MST took away the only thing I could have even complained about with the original.

Very pleased on day one, fellas! Looking forward to the rest of this month, now. Armed and ready for PCT!

I've been kinda busy this week and have been so busy replying to other threads that I never got to updating this one!

Monday was solid. Shred definitely leaves me feeling a little bit weaker than normal. Not sure what ingredient is doing it, but it's just slightly noticeable. Obviously not too bad since I did choose to buy it again this time! I did push myself to meet the max reps and weights I've been hitting lately. And I will say that even though I felt weaker, I also was feeling like I had more to give. Kind of a weird feeling. I think that's the Cordygen giving me the energy even though I'm feeling weaker from the Shred. Anyway, got it done in 56 minutes. No record breaking, but it was solid and I felt good after.

Tuesday. Same HIIT cardio. This is clearly where the CordygenNanO2 Elite rocks. Felt amazing. In fact, the added 10 minute workout at the end was leaving me totally spent. This week, I actually felt like I had something left at the end. Crazy!

Today, about the same as Monday. 1:05 today, a bit of a struggle. Didn't want to go in there today when it was time. Just not my day... But I got in there, got it done, and hit my numbers. Looking forward to Friday!

Side note, I had a couple samples of ZMK sitting here and I took them the past 2 nights. Man... That stuff + Somnidren is a great way to recoup and get rested for the day ahead. I've had pretty bad luck with most sleep supplements. Even Somnidren really didn't do much for me on it's own. Just something about my body. But add in the ZMK? Solid...
 
Cardio day. Cordygen-NanO2 Elite continues to shine here, fellas. Did both HIIT workouts and definitely could have done more. But I was drenched and have a busy afternoon remaining. So I wrapped it up and called it a day.

I can't imagine going back to working out without this magical potion.
 
Apologize for the lack of updates, fellas. As I've said elsewhere, I have been working towards a project deadline and it just took all I had for the past few days. I took Mon and Tues off, for 3 days in a row off. Ugh, getting back into the rhythm today was no fun!

Still have energy to finish my workout and then some, thanks to the Cordygen. Unfortunately, I just felt a bit weak today. Not sure if it was the 3 days off, or just from coming off the Epidrone and Sup3r-4 and into PCT land... Feeling weaker, I wasn't about to allow myself to actually GET weaker. So I took some extra breaks and made sure I could match my bests throughout.

Midway through, I struggled on an overhead move and on the last rep, it took all I had to get it up there. On the way down, I slung the dumbbell on the bed so hard, it rebounded onto the floor. Boom! Broke the tab off the largest weight on my selecttech dumbbell and it seems like I bent or jacked up the mechanism inside the handle too, because that side is a little stiff when turning now... Balls! :(. At least there are 2 tabs and it seems like the dumbbell is working ok for now.

Clearly not my day, but I got in, got it done and it was worth it. Feeling better already!

You meant to say you felt so strong you decided to superset the presses with shot put presses!! #angrylifting
 
Way to push through, though, homie. Real good effort overcoming perceived weakness. That'll keep you stronger right there!

Yep. That's a photo of my home gym. How'd you get that? :)

I work out in the bedroom because all I use are selecttech dumbbells, push-up stands, and bands on the door. So sometimes I put my dumbbells down on the bed in between moves. This time it was downright aggressively thrown, just to get the weight out of my hands. :)

Little bit late but I just wanted to say good job now stick to everything that you've been doing when I have an injury I tend to push it a little bit to see how severe it is most physical trainers advise against it but there are doctors out there that believe and pushing an injury a little bit to see if it's just temporary. Awesome job.

Thanks hoss! At least I'm not injured per se, just feeling weak. So I'm comfortable pushing myself through it. Plus I'm like you, like to push myself to the edge. Just annoying because I have to take breaks just to make sure I get my normal workout in... Such is life...
 
Friday means lift day! Usually my best day of the week. Today... Sucked. Still feeling quite weak. 1:06 to complete today, up there with some of my longest sessions, but still doing my normal weights and reps. What's really weird feeling is I'm mentally there and ready to go. Not tired or winded. But the weights just feel so freakin heavy!

That tells me the Cordygen is doing its job. After all, I'm still killing it in cardio. But the PCT test drop must just be killing me right now. Thinking Nolva + Endosurge just isn't enough for me. Brandinooooo has me considering the Diesel 3 kings stack. I have OL K1ngs blood on order but no shipping notice yet. So who knows when I'll get that.... Maybe I should email GNO and see.
 
Try not to let the lack of helpers get in your head. They are solid things to use, but you can do it without them. Just keep grinding like you are and that strength will come
