Im the white version of major pain ! A mix of r lee ermy and damon wayons.
So i had my pre cycle stuff my face meal. Of course my ocd like insanity didn't let me eat pizza, chinese, burgers and fries like I wanted to - but it was good enough. About 1 1/2lbs of fatty red meat, a lb of turkey, and 4 grilled chicken thighs. Normally that would be 3 days eating for me.
First weigh in, doses, and workout tomorrow morning. Funny how excited I still get before a new run.

My next kick off will be a very long sitting at Cracker Barrel with several orders of cheesy hashed browns no matter what other 3 main dishes I order...
The last time I visited them for one of these, there were more than a few looks of concern, and that was just from the people sitting near me.
1st weigh in - 267 lbs
Must have bloated out from all that good food because the day before I was waaay under 260 lbs; but I'll start from here if I have to.....
Took my first doses. I'll get to my cardio in a couple of hours and my full workout about 3 hours later. Todays menu till dinner is straight protein shakes with coconut oil and fish oil.

As long as you have a test base you'll be good.So is this lethargy really supposed kick in right away or is it just that it's my first wo in a while with no pre and no caffeine all day?
Either way it was a solid wo. It was chest day which is usually one of my "rehab" days, but instead of pushing the weights too heavy, I did about 6-9 sets per exercise and kept the reps in the 10 area.

I did that with virtus , still taste it to this day .

8 protein shakes
3 tsp coconut oil
3 eggs
Handful of seeds in the eggs
Some greens
Easily under 1900 calories and 30g of carbs
I hope to slowly cut down on the protein shakes and add some real food in.
