estrogen blood work question

So I'm going in for some off-cycle blood work but I've been taking Nolva the past week to deal with a little gyno issue.

Any chance the nolva will have an impact on the results? Or am i g2g?

Thanks.

in terms of hormones yes your test should be jacked and estro down, possibly liver values bit higher .

close but no cigar... estrogen will be elevated along with test... nolva blocks estrogen doesnt lower it or convert tests aromatization.

Test will be higher
estrogen higher
LH higher
FSH higher
sperm parameters will be effected
and liver values most likely be affected as well.

Well here are the test results:

BUN: 33 Normal: 6-20
BUN/Creatine Ratio: 28 Normal: 8-19
Test: 391 Normal: 348-1197
LH: 6.6 Normal: 1.7-8.6
FSH: 2.9 Normal: 2.9-12.4
Estradiaol: 22.3 Normal: 7.6-42.6

So my test is on the super low-end of the normal range. Not good.

damn bro... that's looking like primary hypogonadism... i would say your hope would be your prolactin being high... and try lowering that but if its not prolactin then that's primary

If its only been a week give it some time.

Ouch, maybe run another cycle of Clomid and/or some HCG? Not too sure how you'd combat that aside from waiting it out.

What did you run (if anything) and if you did run something what was your PCT for it?

Not gonna lie this freaks me out a little bit...

It's been a week on Nolva. I've been off PCT for almost 3 months now. Shouldn't my test be a bit higher?

Eh, if you're 34 and cycling that doesn't sound wrong at all. It's just the unfortunate reality for a guy that age sometimes. I had a buddy in the 400s at 23 without cycling. Some guys have crap for test production, and if cycling forget about it. I have a buddy that's 36 and has never taken anything and his levels were mid 300s naturally. They were doing some AI therapy with low doses of exemestane for a bit. Then he decided he wanted to bodybuild and started blasting and cruising and that settled that.

Point is if you're running cycles and plan to continue, TRT is probably a healthier option at some point. In the meantime, you could grab a couple bottles of Inhibit P and start doing 12.5mg Clomid and 6.25mg Exemestane EOD with it for a few months and see how that goes. Typically values will go back down though once you stop that, but it could get you to another cycle feeling better in the interim.

Bear in mind all this self-medicating might be worth doing under a Dr's supervision. Then perhaps he'd be giving you orders for bloodwork so you aren't paying out of pocket, and maybe even giving you script Clomid and Exem.
