6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

Todays workout and update ends with a commercial, so read through!! After being called out I changed my lifts from back to chest. Still dont know my weight as I am still happy with just seeing differences in the mirror. Diet is still pretty good although I did just finish a 12" sub from subway, but it is the ONLY meal Ive had today. Just a couple of Isolate shakes with unsweetened almond milk.

No workout today guys. Got off of work and had to talk to my son, he got cut from basketball tryouts and needed some "dad time". However, I found a picture of me from sometime in my mid 20s and figured aid share. Im thinking my 39 is killing my 25ish. Invalid Link Removed

I actually shaved it one d@man time for that Vin Diesel look, it never grew back.

Can't quiet post any pics yet but almost there .!!
I'm 40 6'1 215lbs 16%bodyfat..with a handheld monitor.. at this point for me its all about how I look not necessarily an actual number goal of weight loss but 12% body fat would be amazing
.. was 320lbs at my highest ( posted about that journey over in the usplabs why do you lift thread).. just trying to take it the next level I guess you could say and getting a lot of motivation from all of you

And here I had legit guylights for years. Shaved mine with a Mach3 in support of a buddy going through chemo. And it came back raging. Apparently bleach is OK. Must be all the supplements. :)

Haha! Or the fact that my grandfathers on both sides were bald. I was genetically crewed from the get go. Actually tried growing it back one time, for about a month and was comfortable with it...UNTIL. I was in Walmart at the checkout line and looked up. Apparently one of the display cameras was focused on my head and showing on the TV I was looking at and I realized I looked like I was wearing a Yamaka, immediately left the line and bought balding shears. Never looked back

Holy <insert expletive here> I fried myself during chest but I managed to push through the rest of the routine. Increased weights on arms, but the shear reps from my chest took a lot out of me.

I was sweating more than ever during this routine. Probably the reps plus the exotherm. A little shaky at the end of my workout, but thankfully Finish Line helped to dismay this from going much further.

Just wanted to give an exact update. My water fluctuates randomly so from what I can see, I am 205 lbs when I am not completely dry, down from 211, so my weight loss is right on target. When I'm extra dry, I've scaled to about 202. Strength, while not increasing, is not decreasing either. This is looking like one of my best cuts yet.
 
Not a bad day today. Got off work, voted, hit the gym for a fairly quick session on the back and ended up really blowing it up. SFreed, Had my rotisserie chicken for supper man!! Good call. No high weight today, just pushed through but lack of carbs has got me feeling a bit weak. Only 68 yesterday and 22 today so far. So Im getting to that point that I have to man up and pull through
