Transdermal products short on servings

Been having this issue with almost every transdermal product. I pour the product into a small Tupperware and it measures out pretty much to what the bottle says... and then I dose it with an oral syringe for accuracy.

Everytime I seem to end up short over 1 week of servings... my last dermatrest bottle only lasted about 6 weeks instead of 8 weeks dosing 2ml ed and now I'm currently on dermastr3ngth 4ml ed and 2 weeks in the stuff is almost all gone... does anyone else have this issue? Am I doing something wrong? Or does this stuff evaporate or something??
 
I like the application method you took to mind in testing the accuracy..I normally over apply the dosage and i end up with only 2 to 3 weeks of usage.
 
Could you clarify? The bottle measures out to120ml when you dump it into the Tupperware, but you end up short after dosing it with oral syringe?
 
I've never measured it out with a syringe...I always used the pump application method, there for it can be safe to assume the pump doesn't actually measure out the correct dosage. You should try measuring that out with a syringe.
 
Hate to say that this is why I don't use transdermal products. To easy to loose dosing.

Yes correct. It measures out to 120ml yet I'm still short on dosages dosing with a 1ml syringe... its very strange I thought it was the product being short on servings but they are almost perfectly filled when I measure them.

The thing is I know the product is 120ml worth of servings or pretty close to that after dumping it into the Tupperware(it has measuring lines on it and is just below the 125ml mark) so dosing it with an oral syringe should provide me with the exact amount of servings MAYBE 2-3 servings short but 1-2 weeks? It just makes no sense to me maybe I'll just use the pump next time and compare

Bizarre.

Either the initial total measure is wrong, or your 1ml is inaccurate...I wouldn't imagine any significant evaporation to occur in that time.
 
Definitely wouldn't imagine for evaporation to take place unless he stores it in a rather warm environment.

The syringe seems to be the next thing at fault.. what company products?
 
I really can't see what the cause is... could be my syringe is innacurately overdosed but I highly doubt that. Products are OL and filled to proper amount.
 
Yeah those are the ones I normally get, however I notice they do tend to run out fairly quick..I'm interested in trying out their capsulated version.
 
You can always try another bottle and use a syringe instead

I'm more of a capsule guy myself but I have to admit aside from the inconvenience of applying transdermals and the servings running short, they definitely provide better results especially laxogenin. In pct right now and gaining strength every workout with great pumps loving the stuff if only it would last me the full 30 days!!
 
Does anyone have any experience with transdermal laxo vs caps? I'm really thinking of switching over to capsules due to this issue of lack of servings from transdermals but people seem to like the results from transdermals better. I wonder if there is any studies to back up that transdermals are better absorbed than oral?
 
If the bottle measures out accurately, then the only possible explanation left, (aside from evaporation, which seems unlikely), is that the syringe is off, or you're mistaken on what constitutes 1ml on the syringe.

I had an oral syringe that I thought I was filling to 1ml, but it turned out I was reading it wrong. I was filling the liquid to the 1ml marker, but this was overdosing because of the amount the "tip" holds. What you're apparently supposed to do is measure from the base of the plunger so that it accounts for the volume in the tip of the syringe.

This may very well be my issue... thanks for the post I never knew this tbh always measured the tip as well. I mean it still doesn't seem like that small amount would leave me 2 weeks short of product but everyday adds up I suppose
