6 Week Fat Loss Challenge

Alright, if we're not holding back, what the f*ck is all the **** on the wall?? Is that a giant face?

You, on the other hand, are really starting to lean up! Broad shoulders, tapering V, looking more studly with every picture

I honestly cant tell you what the hell it is. I have 1 room in the house that I get to decorate, and the rest of the house is on my wife, and I have no say other than "whatever".

And thank you brother

I think when we see our own results...it isn't as impressive. To me that front shot is a huge change for around a month. It is pretty dramatic. Us guys seem to always have this patch of fat under our chest against our arms. You can see a huge reduction in that agree, chest fat is way down, stomach is getting flatter and bad starting to show. I think it shows great progress!

I thank you sir, but in all honesty, Im waiting for the day that I see a picture of myself and say WOW. Thats when Ill know Ive made it to where I want.

I spotted Grill Pliers to the left, used for sausages and wiener.

FireTitan , I see change and looking at your beastly workouts, you will be a lean monster by next year, if you survive the Xmas temptations first.
:)

So serious question for you bunch of intelligent individuals. Im addicted to lifting heavy and have this thing where I just want to keep going heavier and harder. But I need to drip weight, so should I drop the weight and up the volume or continue what Im doing. Open to suggestions

No idea.

In a deficit I just try to train like always, but after awhile pauses between sets get longer. So far it works. Many ways lead to Rome.

And what weight did you start at? Cause as of now Im out weighing you by probably 20lbs! So you're doing great

208 starting after pct.
I have been fluctuating up and down. One day 207 and 2 days later 204.5 at my lowest.

It seems to be like a wave or a kind of tide and an eventual erosion of fat.

Slow is ok in that case.

Ok. Ive always heard light weight high reps for definition, but I just cant grasp the idea of not lifting what Im lifting.
Training "as always" while in a caloric deficit should preserve muscles.
High reps, more volume could burn some extra calories I guess. As I saw from your workouts, we have different approaches, both may work equally well.
Me doing more rest pause sets -instead of low rep count/heavy sets.
I vote for : Don't change your workout, just eat less.

And your vote counts!! Continue on my path it is! Thank you Sir!

Well from what Ive seen in my own "wave", it depends on many factors. My weight fluctuates a few pounds here and there, but my clothes continue to fit better, so in the wisdom of MrKleen73, he feels like im recomping more than likely, and Im good with that. As long as my overall appearance as well as my "feel" is acceptable. Youre doing great and have proven your dedication, so just keep truckin

No workout today guys. Got off of work and had to talk to my son, he got cut from basketball tryouts and needed some "dad time". However, I found a picture of me from sometime in my mid 20s and figured aid share. Im thinking my 39 is killing my 25ish. Invalid Link Removed
And let the verbal beating begin

No need for a beating. You've done an amazing job transforming yourself into your current studliness!

Now if you want to see some verbal bashing, I'll post up a picture of me from the early 80's, complete with a totally awesome mullet.

Hard to tell a lot of difference in the front pic. Too many differences in lighting and apparel to make a good comparison. However those pics of your back were pretty obvious. Either way just keep on track and you will get there.
