I need some feedback ladies what do you think of switching up the macros to
300p400-450c110f it's less total cals but more carbs. I'm seriously chunky right now much worse then the last picture I posted but not too worried as I know the winny will help dry the bloat anyways (starting that next Sunday) . Also gunna clean the diet way the hell up , no more mass gainers or big 100s just straight chicken rice and oats (maybe some rice cakes) and almonds and pb for fats

That looks good bro. Drop the mass gainers and switch to normal shakes with added oats
 
Lol I'd probably do the same. I recently got almond butter in place of peanut butter. I like it better.

Pb is the only thing I really care about being "natural" idk why it just is lol i have about a cup of almonds throughout the day and then knock down 2 tbsp pb at night as my treat for eating clean through the dat
 
I think the new macro split you laid out looks great. Also if you like them you could eat some chicken thighs instead of adding in nuts/nut butter with chicken breast, if you end up being too full still (which was a problem before some I know).

Thanks man! Like I said higher protein always keeps me lean but gunna learn how the higher carbs treat me on cycle . And I've managed to keep the almonds between meals while at work so it got that a little easier but I'll keep the thighs in mind (as usual lmao) and now that I'm lowering the cals a bit and keeping it cleaner I think it'll be a little easier to eat it'll be a nice drop in meal size going from 12oz of chicken to 8 (the raise of carbs won't be hard cuz carbs are life lmao) I'll see if I can still gain a couple pounds before the end of the cycle. And even if it keeps me "rounder" I'm sure it's nothing the winn won't fix!

I like your idea. I am currently trying to lean gain....(I know...I know) and I am at 320ish protein, 300ish carbs and 110ish in fat. Been that way for 3 or 4 weeks. Oatmeal and turkey burger for most of the day. I will probably add carbs myself if I don't start seeing more change. I am impatient and I am natural right now....haha

I second this. A large container of old fashion oats is cheap, goes a long way and is super easy to add a TBS (or 3) to a shake to really bump up the carbs. Plus, oats come with 1.5g protein and 5.75g carbs per TBS (if I recall). So you are not just adding carbs :).

Yes sirrrr , the mass gainer was just cuz I got it free lol and it was an extra ~700 cals around workouts that's the only reason I even used it but I'll be doubling up my oats and rice now instead!

And why not use hcg durring pct? If you have a lil exemestane left over I'd think it'd be fine. Plus it doesn't seem like you'll have much estrogen issues by the looks of your pics, doesn't look like you have a lot of aromatase floating around. Which also makes me think e3d would work well. @ 12.5 eod my bloods scared my doc w my estrogen totally tanked. Joints hurt too.

I'll take a look into it man thanks! And I've been using the HCG through the cycle . I dropped the Exemastane and been good besides a little more bloat but I might not throw it back in unless I start feeling feminine lol. Appreciate the insight bro

Because HCG is suppressive and used on cycle or at the end to increase sensitivity to LH...so you can take it while on to help your nut size or blast some before you PCT to aid recovery marginally when you have removed the exogenous hormones.

First rep smooth second boom hit the peg twice lol then held it came down going up hit it again I said **** this lmao worst part was it threw of the whole bench session cuz it took a lot to keep going when I hit it but I'm hard headed lmao

So you need to either set up a tad farther down the bench or not fade the bar path back towards your face quite as much in such a deltoid-dominant fashion.

You don't need to change everything; just enough to clear the stupid hooks!

I was too far back cuz I had no spot so rushed it and didn't plan right first time putting 3 plates no spot lol never happens to me really but my head was almost hanging off the back of the bench haha
 
Ok guys I'm never ever gonna complain about normal pinning ever again. Got bronchitis and dr gave me lidocaine shots to ease the breathing, he pinned them right below each scapula. Ouch is a big understatement
 
Yeah but that sh1t works great though. Breathing came back to normal very quickly afterwards. So give and take
 
What size pin was he using?? The doc that cut my gyno out used lidocaine for the local anesthetic...bet he put 6 shots in each pec and it didn't hurt at all and there's no other anesthesia. You just lay there while he's cutting you open and don't look down at it. But lidocaine is awesome for blocking the local pain!

I'm no tough guy so I'm not exaggerating when I say it didn't hurt at all - makes me wonder if he was getting you with a way bigger pin, or if it's just the location he pinned you?
 
Another RIC FLAIR WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FOR ANOTHER LIFETIME PR! Put 415 on the deads hoping to not look like a fool and hit it for two easy reps man it gets better and better . Followed with some back and all kinds of curls lol also a PR on seated curls with good form 50s x 8 felt great and good squeeze went home shaking my arms out the entire way lmao so damn pumped

22.5. It was location for sure. Right beneath scapula. Right side hurt but was tolerable, left side I saw stars and auto teared. But yeah it worked amazing
