(Bringing the convo from my thread here) I dreamt about eating last night ! It's official it's all I freaking do. It wasn't any special or fancy meal ether it was just my red and clear meal prep container with anabolic chicken and plain rice and almonds on the side this is what I dreamt about . I've officially lost my mind lol

friday was a good workout-

went back to some basics for tri's
straight bar skull crushers- i go behind the head and choose to use the straight bar,
bar for 20
65 for 15
jumped to 95 for 10
115 for 10 more
135 for sets 8 reps

straight bar behind the back extensions -i use this for a finish or just to tap the long head- i looked for a video to help explain this, but cant find one
form is key for this and so is the lockout- if you go to heavy, your going to end up swinging the wgt and this is wrong. You can use an ez bar if you want, but i feel i get better balance and control with an Olympic bar
-bar is behind you, on a bench
-you will bend at the knees to a 45'
then bend down to pick up the bar
-palms will be facing away from you
-starting position is the bar close to the back of you knees
-extend out, pause, squeeze and bring the bar back down

this is more of a modified kick back, but because of the bar and your body angle, you have to force yourself to concentrate on the muscle- mind to muscle connection

laying db cross over ext
25 x 10
30 x 10
35 x 9

arms where pretty tight, the long head was burning and was pumped

rope press downs
4 sets-
odd set, rope just pulled down
even set, the pull down and at the end separate from each other as far as possible, back together and up

standing single arm cable ext
palm facing the ground and press down on the way up, i twist so the palm is facing the ceiling, then press down keeping the palm facing up
on the way up, do the switch

finished with dips and abs

took Powermax 2 hours before working out-

1 thing to mention for those following or wishing to try this and I will make a note on the final review, i suggest trying to take this at different times before you workout. as i mentioned before, 1/5-2 hours before really works best for me, some may be better at 15 min, but try different times.

no workout over the weekend, wifes birthday on sat and people over on sunday

took a scoop both days, still going strong with zero sides

30, 40, 50 9 reps each

then finished off with a super set of front raises and side raises- front then side
25 to failure- got about 6 reps going front and one the side

incline abs and back to work

some of it is to break up the monotony, us old folks (except hairygrandpa cause hes like a 142 yrs old) need a little change up

Hey bud, I am right behind you age-wise. It is good that FireTitan, you, and I are holding these logs because it shows you can still do work as you get older. And broken down in my case...lol
 
how old is everyone?

I will be 37 in February, Titan just turned 39 I do believe, and smith is like 41, 42. The not under 35 crowd...lol
