The pics look very different. Fuller and leaner, not fatter.

The only thing that doesn't stack up is the machine reading, and if I was a gambling man I'd put all of ZERO dollars on that machine being very accurate. Unless you're laying down in a tank for a hydrostatic displacement test I take those tests with a bottle of Morton table salt. Mirror matters more.

Thanks bro still doesn't feel any different in a good way unfortunately . I'm not too focused on the numbers just which way it heads , I see less abs when I look down, I can grab more fat it's funny cuz I understand people say they see a difference and I know they believe it but I know my body I know how I feel when I am "fat" and when I am "lean" and when I am "lean bulking" and just now I feel like ****

Im not even going to attempt to quote anything in here simply because by the time it posts Ill be 20 posts behind. But, congrats on the PR Alpha1agreda, Brandinooooo, smith_69 is correct with the delt work, and dont swing that ish! 1 thing Ive read is to do high reps with high weight. The article was written by Matt Kroczeleski, hence the name "kroc rows". Does more for your upper back, and ridiculously hard work on your grip. The reason he started doing it that way? His grip was failing him on deadlifts, and when he went back to think about it, the rows were the only thing he had stopped doing. Started implementing high reps/weight, his deadlifts went through the roof.

You see this is where I've been going about it the wrong way I may not under be the general term of "fat" but for me and how I look throughout the year I'm "fat" right now. For my body this is "fat" , does that make more sense . This is not what I look like when I'm "big" or "lean" or "skinny" this is "fat" for me

I've been reading through some of this and I wanted to reassure you a bit, bro.

It is highly unlikely that you gained 8 lbs of fat in 6 weeks, even if the test is bunk. Any devices that measure BF% are notoriously inaccurate. You would need a DEXA scan to really know how much fat you gained.

Some of it is fat, I'm sure, but a lot of it is water. And even with underdosed test and DMZ, you had to have gained some muscle. Just wait for the bloat to go away, and you will get a more accurate depiction of what really occurred.

Thanks man I understand it's probably inaccurate but still what bothers me is I gained all 12 lbs within the first 2 weeks and haven't gained an ounce since , that's why even if it's not all fat I'm sure it's mostly water fat and glycogen

Apparently I approach bearding like I do fitness. I have oil, wax, scissors, and a super awesome trimmer for the follicular party on my face. Not unlike the 2 cabinets stuffed with supplements that my wife always mentions.

Joint support is on the way lol gunna put together a program maybe 5x5s for the main lifts and then 6-9 sets of accessories under 8 reps . I'm feeling good but chunky, still not seeing the results I wanted but I will enjoy it! Also gunna change up the meal plan still high ass calories but break it down differently maybe 375p 500c 110f I guess since I'm "enhanced" now my bodies taking the macros in different then natty or half natty. But I guess this is why we do "test only" cycles to see what we get from it and how it affects us

Yeah man it gets better after you get use to it, I actually was gunna rest today but I woke up at 4 cuz I had to use the bathroom and then was like fucc it why waste the opportunity to hit the gym lmao and I'm glad I did
