Serious question. Do vendors / Reps get upset when their products log gets derailed? Not that I'll stop, but at least I'll be aware of it.

Speaking for myself, No. As a BPS rep, I see it like this. As long as the logger is detailing the results, good or bad,then his job is being done. As far as the derailment is concerned, every time someone comes in, their catching up on the log, therefore they are reading the results, and being fed an advertisement, whether they know it or not!

maybe if they were logging a aids vaccine. If that were the case, they would probably block us from that log because you can only imagine how those posts would go! lmao


on a serious note, when i ran the logs for NI, no it didnt bother me, just as long as updates were being done. We all have to laugh and have fun
 
I kinda figured it was ok, if only because the derailed log is kept near the top of the new posts page, which I would think is the point.

But I could also see someone seeing a thread beginning to go way off topic (not naming any names) and cringing at the thought of where his log is headed.

either- want to try snow this winter- never have before. iclinging on for dear life going down a hill in an inner tube really doesnt count lol
 
I've done quite a bit of water skiing, but being from Illinois, not much for snow skiing. Been a few times in Iowa, but was still just big hills, not mountains. Good time though! Snowboarding, not so much
