Not exactly what I was trying to point out.

I was basically troubleshooting for you, looking from the outside in. Was definitely not intended to be a call out in any way. I did "call out"
FireTitan but that was what he needed to hear as a man with a goal. I knew it would make his resolve stronger. Your resolve is not in question but I just wasn't sure if you noticed the pattern I was observing. It is much easier for someone on the outside to notice patterns than the person entrenched in the situation.
I lost 22 lbs in 4 weeks when my first wife and I split up!
Definitely not coincidence.
I would tell you how I dealt with that with my wife but not sure it would work in every situation. Let's just say I speak with her as openly, honestly, and most importantly logically as I do you guys when explaining something. I removed all loopholes and back door arguments via logic and forethought, and politely explained that she needed to take ownership of her own insecurities as there is nothing I can do to help her with them. I explained that I adore her, love her and long for her and that she has no competition in this world to me. That I show my love constantly and any insecurity she was dealing with had to do with how she felt about herself. So if she wanted to feel more secure than I already make her she was going to have to take steps to correct that or become more accepting of my hobby and realize the insecurity issue was hers to own and deal with.
That type of honesty can either make, or break a relationship.
I think you would look better with some butt implants myself.
I am gonna kick you in the nuts you keep downing yourself. You did some seriously good work there and kept body English to a minimum with a 100lb curl. That is ridiculous. Pump yourself up about the positive instead of calling out the negative just to beat others to the punch. I know it is much easier to deal with when you say it but 95% of the time the call outs you expect aren't even going to happen.
Meh... it was a very reasonable meal replacement. To play the other side of the coin, even when most of you guys are "blowing it" you are still at deficit caloric levels.
Here I am wondering if this is actually a true statement or not. I know enough people with various stages of eating disorders this would not surprise me.
Aminos will help, or shuttling a little more of your nutrients into the peri-workout window.
