this question was probably asked not sure whats the answer but I told my buddy about it and he picked up some he asking me how to dose it he told me it says serving size is 3 caps should he take all of it Pre largest meal or should he take it 1 cap before each meal?

Already been said to take 1, 20 to 30 mins before your 3 largest meals
 
I'm 6 doses in, and I *might* be noticing an increase in glycogen storage already, but placebo might be strong here.
Anyone else?

No glycogen increase yet, but I am noticing the GI benefits and I'm also wondering if this is placebo. I've been able to eat very large meals without any discomfort that I'd usually get. Anybody else noticing this?

I wonder if there are any acute effects to the ingredients in this product

I haven't noticed any benefits to my GI system yet.

Gentian root is just one of ingredients which may add those benefits.it works pretty fast and it is VERY effective for Digestive support. I can eat large meals without feeling bloated of stuffed like pig :)
Ofcourse it may vary from person to person. One with good digestion will notice less than one with bad digestion. I am one who eat very fast and without chewing enough. So it improves my digestion VERY much
 
I am sleeping like a rock, hungry af and stupid good digestion lol

I also slammed over 1000cals of mostly junk food pre-wo last week and went to gym immediately and hit a squat pr ;)
 
2 more days until my cycle will be further enhanc3d by the addition of Orig1n
 
Glad I'm not the only one beginning to feel the benefits!

Has anyone else noticed how pleasant the bottle smells? Very herbal

goood sh!t, my buddy was asking me about he feels that his muscles feels tight told him don't think it's that yet too soon he only 2 days in, i could be wrong for sure
 
Would spacing out doses throughout the day be the most beneficial even if largest meals aren't until later in the day?
 
Think it would be ok to use Orig1n and EvoMuse Gut Health simultaneously, or would it be overkill regarding digestion enhancement? Am I going to have the most efficient digestive system west of the Mississippi?

Wouldnt definitely be any overkill. Good bacterias is always bonus to have :)

A more efficent digestion DOES benefit the gut.
Also, the functional role of ghrelin within the immune system and under states of inflammatory stress are only now coming to light. A number of reports over the past decade have described ghrelin to be a potent anti-inflammatory mediator both in vitro and in vivo and a promising therapeutic agent in the treatment of inflammatory diseases. Moreover, ghrelin has also been shown to promote lymphocyte development and to ablate age-associated thymic involution.

Ray emailed me saying mine should be sent out today and i literally live a few towns from where olympus ships products... HOPING ITS HERE TOMORROW! My hungers actually taking a hit on t3 which is odd
