As others have said - I workout alone, but it isn't necessarily preference. I bet if I found someone who was motivated and pushed me and could spot me for forced reps and negatives, and showed up reliably - I would probably like it. But most people pull you out of the zone, because they aren't in it, partners are hard to find that will get you into the zone.

I am 43 years old, and I was just thinking about when I was growing up with family and childhood friends.. I can't count the people that was struggling with there weight and health issues growing up. The foods that we eat today and the environment that we live in has F##k us up.. I feel like sometimes we are evolving into a new human species..

You are more right than you know here. Since losing weight I've learned just how often I drive by a Dunkin Donuts sign with a picture of a waffle and fried chicken sandwich. It's constant. My gf pointed out a family the other day - I was fat so she certainly isn't a fat nazi - but we were in the store and the parents were overweight and the children were extremely obese. I think she knows I was an obese kid and sees that has had an effect on my entire life, and she was feeling bad because the kids were overweight and said, "But look at the cart the parents had - hostess and lucy charms, etc." and I just pointed out to her that you see the 10 items in their cart that are junk food. What you don't think about is the fact that they were walking down isles FULL of junk food and said no to 50-100 different products. It's like your brain is going, "No, I can't eat that. No, No, No, Yes, No, No, No, No, Yes"....I mean how much can you really avoid when it is thrown in front of you like that and you are not 100% dedicated to a goal. And I think we all know I don't like making excuses....but at some point that's just reality.

Weight this morning before work was 185. Would have liked it to be 183, but it's still going down, so there's that at least.

I'm really going to push this week to hit 182. Next Saturday I head to San Diego for a few days and there will be some not so healthy decisions made. In-N- Out will be on the menu once, as well as a trip to Old Towne. And what's a trip to Old Towne without mexican food and margaritas.

Are you noticing a change? It seems that, at this point, every 2 pounds I lose I can tell a difference physically. You are even leaner than me I think, so I'm assuming those 4-5 pounds you've lost is noticeable. I bet 182 will have your abs showing clearly when not flexed.

I'm not noticing much difference in my mid section, but I have noticed my shirts are fitting tighter in the chest, shoulders and arms. I started taking PA a couple of weeks before this started, and I think I've been responding to it fairly well. It makes me really excited to start my Test1fy, Tr1umph, X-Gels run. I think it's going to work really well for me. Plus, I purchased enough for 8 weeks, and the bottles are just sitting get there, mocking me every morning

Nice plan brother! I have the same thing going. I have 2 months BMP, 2 months Follidrone 2.0 and 2 months Or1gin just waiting to be used. That's part of the reason I'm pushing so hard to get to my goal weight now....I just want to finish this so that I can start onto the next adventure. But I don't want to quit before I get to where I said I would be.

Every pound counts. And it doesn't come off all at once, like you would expect. You my lose 2 pounds of fat and retain 3 pounds of water and not realize you lost anything until it just suddenly drops. And I think it can work against the scale when you're building muscle during a cut - cap't obvious here. Everyone using even natural anabolics on a cut may not realize how much they are losing fat-wise.

I have no idea what my weight is today. I barely got out of bed considering Im on my 5th straight 48 on 24 off. But, I took my Powermax XT and 2 Epidrone and went in for what turned out to be a descent lift. Followed this up with about 40 minutes of racquetball.

This. For sure. From the very beginning of my journey, it's been that way. I learned not to worry unless I was up/unchanged for more than a couple weeks, and only weigh myself once a week.

That said, I think in the past it was pretty much always water fluctuations for me. I think now, it might be a little water due to the 4, but mostly added muscle offsetting the fat loss. I will be taking measurements and photos tomorrow to confirm. With just Epidrone, I was losing more, but I think I was gaining a little less muscle and holding less water too.

This is precisely why I couldn't commit to the original goal and set my own. I'm super happy with this week despite the weight change number. Thanks guys for keeping me honest and motivated!

It has a real nice profile. I also have some HyperMax XT. I will be using it more as I finish up my meso log. Very nice synergy between both of the products. The PowerMax goes well with any stim product.

Ive only used the PowerMax twice, so I really cant gauge it just yet. But Im enjoying it so far

Ditto, SFreed! Epidrone was my first cycle ever. Started hitting hard week 4 for me, so I'd highly recommend running it for 8 wks. My log has all the details, but I'd recommend it over any old epi any day. It really took me to the next level in cardio performance, which was an unexpected bonus. I think it was the epicat in Epidrone that bumps it up above the others.

im not sure how long it takes to kick in, but as i mentioned on my log, felt like i was on auto-pilot- in tune with what i was doing. agree with you which is one reason i am taking it regardless of gym days or off days

If you try your best and put in the effort - then it doesn't matter if you hit any goal. You will never wonder if you could have done it, wish you tried harder, or be let down by yourself. As long as you are happy, that's what matters.

You have worked hard and you are right to be proud of it. Same for EVERYONE who has taken up this challenge. I am 100% sincere saying that - you guys motivate me and I hope my crazy level of cardio on a crazy diet tells you all just how much you guys give me.

And maybe it shows how insane I can be. But...whatever.

Instead of RagNOrok I am testing a new pre and post wo. White Pipes pre and Purple Wrath by Controlled Labs.

White Pipes tasted a bit strong and not what I'm used to with the subtle flavors of MaxReps+ and RagNOrok. I usually only use 12 oz of water. Maybe it needs more dilution. A chemical aftertaste is present.

15 minutes later.
I can feel the air on my skin. A slight euphoric feeling and some jitters. I thought this was non stim. It could be my coffee today was stronger than usual. Rechecked the profile. Yep. Had to be the coffee. or the fact I actually bounced up at 3:00a


Second day fasted pre with Follidrone 2.0. No hypo the previous workout.
Dosing
1 cap 1 hour before and 2 caps 30 minutes prior to wo.

And the usual suppspects.

Amazing feeling. I think the pre wo gave a little extra. Though I simply have to try some Powermax XT. The profile has seduced me into buying a tub. This pre (White Pipes) is on my radar for sure! Aftertaste? More like afterburner! Of course there is a an addendum to this statement. I've been plus dosing my Follidrone 2.0 (2 extra caps at night before dinner) starting 3 days ago, so this may have had a cumulative effect. I may know more by going back to RagNOrok two days from now. (Chest / Arms).

Usual d-bags at the gym. Headphones on, tuned them out. My god, some people don't know to respect others. I showed up after them and left far before they did... what is it they are doing aside from talking loud and dropping weights? It's now a side show for me. An intermission between serious lifting and comic relief. Gotta love them though. They remind me of how many great people are in my world.

Great day 3 of my 3 on 1 off routine. Tomorrow - cardio! and zigging my carb intake, or is that ... pregnant pause for effect ... zagging?!
 
Little sore from yesterdays shoulder blast, but I was on the ladder truck yesterday which means I go to do the ladder roll! What is this ladder roll I speak of? Ha, glad you asked. No med calls for me, so when the tomes dropped and the engine company went, I "rolled" over and went back to sleep. What am I getting at? At 0515 this morning I popped tall and did the station cleaning , then woke the guys up for some cardio! We hit about 40 minutes of racquetball before having to take a shower and get ready for todays shift. Hitting the weights around 1is, and looking forward to it. I happened to notice last night that it seems my belt bulge is dwindling down a bit, so I guess in the next day or so itll be time to post up a new nood or 2 and get yalls opinion. No holding back either gents!! I know Saturday evening my wife smacked my arse and then "wow, thats getting tight". It was indeed a feel good moment!! Till later guys!

No med calls for me, so when the tomes dropped and the engine company went, I "rolled" over and went back to sleep. What am I getting at? At 0515 this morning I popped tall and did the station cleaning , then woke the guys up for some cardio! We hit about 40 minutes of racquetball before having to take a shower and get ready for todays shift. Hitting the weights around 1is, and looking forward to it. I happened to notice last night that it seems my belt bulge is dwindling down a bit, so I guess in the next day or so itll be time to post up a new nood or 2 and get yalls opinion. No holding back either gents!! I know Saturday evening my wife smacked my arse and then "wow, thats getting tight". It was indeed a feel good moment!! Till later guys!

If everyone on AM wrote like you do, I would have to quit my job just to have time to keep up with this board. You are a very creative writer and make things very interesting. If you wrote TV shows, I would binge watch them.
