Well guys, time to put my chips in. Starting Monday, I will be tapering my calories down into what will be a 1000 calorie deficit. It'll be a 9 week cut, very organized and structured. I will probably eat the same thing every day for this duration of time. It'll be a fun ride.

Training Max/Strength Levels (near 1RM): (just as a vague idea of where I'm at)
Bench Press: 275 lbs
Front Squat (I do not Back Squat, I am not a powerlifter): 280 lbs
Deadlift (no belt, I don't take true maxes because I train for longevity): 385 lbs
Overhead Press: 170 lbs
