I REALLY wanted to do more, because I could tell she had potential to actually be a decent lifter, and I hate to see people be mislead and ripped off by ignorant/arrogant supplement store owners, but some people just don't want to hear it. I could see them just ignoring me if I was some little guy (thinking "what does he know, he doesn't even look like he lifts"), but I'd like to think I look like I'm in pretty decent shape, and I had just finished repping 100lb+ dumbbells on incline press and 90-135lb weighted dips, and had a pretty nice pump going. I tried telling them that they'd be better off buying a joint supplement (and any supplement) online, and was going to recommend a few joint support supplements (ignoring the fact that it probably wouldn't even be necessary if she squatted manageable weight with proper form), but they didn't want to hear it.
Oh, I also forgot to mention that the three of them were playing music from what I think was a portable speaker instead of using headphones.
