Took my Powermax(best fricken tasting PWO EVER)and 2 Epidrone and 40 minutes later we had to run a wreck. Killed my mojo. But had a police officer buddy ask me to do something with him so this is what I was able to accomplish.

Do you think your body wasn't primed for the 405? I like to do singles of a lighter weight, 30-50 pounds less than my working set. Doesn't take that much energy and I feel better for the heavier weight.
Its possible. I had done all the other lifts and honestly had no prior intentions on even trying the 405. Just kind of felt like" hmm, lets try this". I really shouldnt have even tried, my knees were/are feeling like they have fluid build up. Imagine squeezing a water balloon and forcing all he water to one side before it pops. Thats how my knees are feeling when I bend them, and how they were yesterday. No excuses. I just need to continue working on it.
But you also need to continue working, which is tough with a blown out knee. Be careful man, you ain't no young pup anymore!
Watch your knees bud. I haven't squatted in a month and I still don't feel comfortable squatting again. I would be so sad if I couldn't train legs....haha
