FireTitans body butter meltdown

She went 15-20 yrds and fell over. Hit the top of the heart. I don't like sloppy shots or being inhumane. I use a .308 Winchester so that distance is not a problem ethically.

that's the lukehayd I know!!!:bigok:

Yep. Mule deer. The Whitetails are pushing them out of the area but also breeding with the mulies now so we're getting some hybrids. Can't find a pic of my last one but it was a hybrid. Had the big mulie rack but not the telltale G2 split that mulies have.

That sounds pretty awesome. Our big hybrids here now are coyotes and wolves.

Jealous! I love coyote hunting!! I'll ruin a deer hunt to shoot a coyote. Lol!

Technically, I have never coyote hunting. But when I was a firefighter at an airport, handling wildlife was part of the job. The majority of that was cutting down on the coyote population. As far as my local area I think it is time to start shooting them. I can step outside some mornings and hear them yapping in the woods all around my neighborhood. There are several of the farmers in my area who have lost animals from their farms, and by mid fall you will start seeing fawn carcasses all over the place

Well gents, I actually have a few days off, and plan on hitting it harder than ever. Did my workout today, workout "B" phase 2 of the HST program. Wasnt really feeling it to start, but I got over it. 2 Epidrone and a scoop of 1MR, a 10 minute drive and I was ready. Only thing that changed was the croc row weight, which was pretty nice.
Warmup of 15 lat pulls and 30 walking squats

DB press w/u 50x15
100x10x2

Incline DB flyes
70x10x2

Croc rows, heres the change. I was given the idea to use the smith machine since I was maxed out with 100s being the heaviest DB I have access. So, I threw a 45,10 and 5 on each side of the smith. Assuming the bar is 20lbs, that would be 2 sets of 10 @ 140lbs

Deadlifts w/u with 135x15
315x10x2

Lying leg curls
160x10x2

Spider Curls
55x10x2

Skipped calf raises due to ankle pain

Skull crushers
100x10x2

High face pulls
170x10x2

Low face pulls
150x10x2

I will do some abs tonight. Adding a picture simply cause I felt pretty beastly afterwards!!

Beastly as ever, bro! You passed the sweat test.

Only times I sweat that much are at work when it's hot & humid as all get out or when I drank too much alcohol the night/day before. Seriously shows that you were busting yer butt in that session!

Shoulders!

The upper chest is what I noticed

So very true! But, I will do some today.

I took my dog for a short 2 mile jog Monday. For some reason, she seemed to think she had to be right in front of me throwing sand up at my legs/feet or right beside me rubbing against my right knee like she was trying to get me to slow down. She usually does really good at keeping a good distance from me but not this time. Lol! I think she was already tired before we went jogging.

Well I hate she was messing you up but that's awesome that you can get your dog to run with you. I have one that would try to get into my pocket the whole time and another that would attempt eating every other dog we pass.

I bet by the end of the bottle, you might even enjoy cardio. It's such a weird feeling, but because my recovery is so fast now, it's more fun to me.

Awesome!! Glad to hear that homie! Im going to run in just a little bit, but treadmill only. The wife is home, so ill be chillin with her

I consider cardio one of those necessary evils. There's things that might make it suck less, but it still sucks. Lol! That being said, sometimes, I just get in the mood for it and really just want to go for a jog but still don't like it. Odd huh?

I hear ya... Not odd to me at all... That's exactly how I've always felt. But there's something going on with Epidrone and cardio. I think it's the fast HR recovery, but it could be something else. All I know is I actually feel so good doing cardio that I've started to enjoy it. In the past it's always been something I dread and I grind it out only because I know I have to in order to meet my goals.

I hate cardio, but respect when people say theyve ran a 5 or 10k. I actually want to make a shirt that says "I absolutely refuse to run anything that ends with the letter K" . My knees just cant take it, but I have noticed since Ive started getting my weight down over the last 12 months, it does come easier. I do however love me some racquetball!! I can play 2 hours and it feels like its been 30 minutes.

I enjoy cardio but that's funny cause racquetball will kick your butt! High intensity lol

No doubt. That's legit cardio for sure! Personally, I don't understand running. But doesn't really matter because I can't do it with my back issues anyway.

Anybody try hitting a heavy bag for cardio? Its great once you get used to it and very NOT boring

I love hitting the bag!! I need to start doing it again. I change stations on Monday, and the one Im going to has a heavy bag as well as a grappling bag that I can throw down and release my frustrations on!! Excited

Bike is crazy good, and I read that the recumbent bike is actually even better because you have to activate more glute, quad and hamstring muscles!
And easy to do interval cardio by raise and dropping level which i heard great for when you only got 20 mins or less
