I got one for ya but it won't take 45-60 minutes. You'll need a partner for this. Put 75% of your max on the bar in small plates. Rep it as many times as you can then rack it and have your partner take 5-10 lbs off each side. Once weight is removed, bench till failure again. Continue this all they way till you are just benching the bar with the only rest being as long as it takes to strip the weights each time. Never sit up off the bench or take your hands off the bar. Guaranteed to blow your chest up like Pam Anderson's plastic surgeon.

For back try revrse grip bent over rows superset with feet elevated inverted rows your back and biceps will be on fire

Don't go nuts on weight with these, great exercise but known to pull a bicep tendon or two in it's day.
 
Start of week 4 had a great workout this morning took 2 caps of epidrone pwo warmed up and got rollin the workout was

6 rounds of 5 reps* giant sets 20 seconds rest between sets
Incline db press 80 lbs
Deadlift 135lbs
Bentover row 135lbs
Squat 135lbs
Shrugs 225lbs
Had a great pump and felt strong my weight was 292.0 this morning feeling great on this cycle no sides and sleep quality is excellent will post progress pics soon more updates to come

I felt a better pump and still feeling it as i type this i am running it at 3 a day and will keep ot at 3 a day for the next 4 weeks at 2 caps pwo it also made me sweat more

Anothet update once again had an excellent workout this morning 2 caps of epidrone pwo hit my warmup had a good sweat goin then got rollin the pump was insane this morning the workout was 5 tri sets for arms and 5 giant sets for shoulders all was 7 reps with 20 seconds rest between sets no complaints at all with this cycle everything is well and libido is excellent more updates to come

Biceps - ez bar curl 70 lbs,hammer curl 40 lbs,preacher curl 50 lbs

Triceps-reverse grip bench,close grip bench,double rope overhead extensions

Sholuders-smith press,plate raise,bent lat raise,shrugs front/back

Abs and traps will be every other day
I will be starting my workout shortley with some new updates

This morning was a great morning woke up to a text from my baby bro with a picture of my new niece family just got a lil bit bigger always a good thing now down to biz had another excellent workout took 1 cap of epidrone 4 caps of pj my last dose of pj hit my warmup and got rollin the workout was

Great pumps all the way through had sweat pouring off of me no change in weight more updates to come

I wouldn't say all that im just extra motivated since i started really doing legs the last 3 months ive had zero problems with my lower back i have a degenerated L5 disc in my lower back weekly trips to the chiro and a bunch of pain before but now i feel like a new man
