Well, I caved just a bit. lifted67, sorry homie. But I went to Arbys, and got 3 of the midsize roast beef sandwiches,but all the meat went onto 1 bun. Is that TOO bad?

Exactly. But I can say this, I was hell on a football field, and @ 170lbs running track, I was blowing the doors off 150lbers. To this day I think its because I was always outside while everyone else was gaming it up on duck hunter

Lol probably. Now a days, you'd have to put their phones at the finish line for them to run track.
 
Still kinda sore from yesterday but oh well. I need to do legs more often lol. Weighed in at 181 today. So the new diet is apparently working.

It'll get better. If you haven't been doing them regularly, they'll produce some soreness the 1st couple of sessions

Idk about you but doesn't V grip give the best bi and lat pump?!
 
Lat pumps aren't the most enjoyable IMO but the bicep portion of the movement is!
